This unit has queen bed in front with some storage under the bed. A dinette that converts down into a bed, that could sleep 2 children or 1 adult comfortably, it also has more storage under the seating area. It has 2 bunk beds in the back.
Washroom has a toilet, shower.
The kitchen has a mini fridge & freezer, stove, microwave and sink.- You will receive a demonstration at the pick up, which takes 30-45 mins to go through and you will be on your way.
- The following acceptable vehicles for this unit: Lightweight Pickup Trucks or larger.
- Your vehicle must have a brake controller installed prior to picking up the trailer. If you do not, we have one available for rent.
- We supply the weight distribution & 2 5/16 hitch ball system at the pick up.
- Insurance is mandatory.
- Delivery option available at a extra fee. Based on availability.
- Pick up time is to be arranged before arrival as the trailers are behind a locked gate.
- Return is to be arranged before drop off as a locked gate will need to be opened.
- Travel Trailer must be returned in the same condition (inside cleaned and garbage removed) as the day it was picked up.

- When you make a reservation with a start date more than 14 days in advance, a 25% reservation deposit is charged once your reservation has been accepted. Otherwise, the reservation total is charged in full.Payments

30 days prior to pickup of rental unit. No exceptions.Security Deposit
o A $1,000 (or greater if use is other than camping purposes) security deposit is due 3 days prior to pick up or delivery and is charged on your credit card you left on file.
o Security deposit will be refunded upon the return of the rental unit. If any damages are present, we will keep your security deposit to pay for the deductible or repairs.
o Allow up to 7 days for full refund of security deposit upon return of the rental unit pending no issues.Cancellation
o Free cancellation for 48 hours after booking, so long as at least 14 days remain before the trip begins.o If cancelled more than 7 days prior to the start date of the trip:
Refunded:
- 75% of the booking total, including tax
- Anything paid toward the protection package, including tax
Not refunded

- The service fee, including taxo If the rental unit you have booked returns damaged, we will substitute your rental unit with one of similar features. If we are unable to substitute your rental unit, and your rental must be cancelled the renter will receive a full refund of all amounts paid.
o *If you wish to modify a reservation, please DO NOT cancel the booking, as the above cancellation policy will apply. Instead, please notify us of the changes needed and we will do the necessary updates if possible.Pick up and Return

o Pick up of your rental unit is between 10am – 2pm, unless previously
arranged.
o Please call-in advance to schedule a pickup time. Please leave yourself at least 30-45 minutes to go over the rental unit before departure.
Return
o Drop off, of the rental unit is between 10am – 2 pm.
o Please call-in advance to indicate the time you will be arriving for drop off.
o Late fee applies for a later time, unless previously arranged.
o We will not refund if the rental unit is returned early.
o Travel trailer is to be returned emptied of black and grey tanks. If unable to empty before returning, a fee of $100 will be withheld from the security deposit, unless pre-arranged and pre-paid.
o The renter agrees to return the rental unit in the same condition in which it was received upon pickup.
o The renter is charged for the days the rental unit is in their possession. If the rental unit is returned past the designated return time, there will be a half day charge deducted from your security deposit.General Conditions
o Lakeside RV reserves the right to substitute a rental unit of
equivalent or larger size at no extra cost to the customer.
o If a smaller, or less expensive rental unit is offered, a refund will be applied to bring the rental amount to the lesser value.
o Any subsequent expenses (but not limited to ferry costs, toll fees, tickets) are the sole responsibility of the renter. Failure to report extra fees to our rental unit could result in a later charge to your credit card, along with an administrative fee.
o We do not offer travel trailer rentals during winter months (October 31st – May 1st). Lakeside RV reserves the right to change the dates without notice.
o All incident or damages must be reported to Lakeside RV immediately.
o The awning of the camper is to be used in weather permitting conditions. If winds are expected, we ask that the awning is retracted. Any damage to the awning will result in a loss of the security deposit.
o First aid kits are supplied inside the camper. We have provided a small first aid items with the basic needs (band aids, gauze, and medical tape) to be used if needed. If the seal on the large first aid kit has been broken, you will forfeit the cost of $75 to replace the first aid kit from your security deposit.
o Non-biodegradable toilet paper, paper towel and feminine products must not be put down the toilet.o Pets/ Smoking
o Pets are welcome in our select pet friendly travel trailers. If damages have been left because of your pet, we will withhold your security deposit to pay for the deductible or repairs.
o There is a $50 fee applied when pets will be in the travel trailers.
o If pets have been brought into our non-pet friendly travel trailers, there will be a cleaning fee of $300 that will be withheld from your security deposit.
o ALL units are non-smoking/ non vaping. If there is a smell of smoke/vaping inside the camper you will forfeit your full security deposit.Driver
o Renters and/or drivers must be licensed with a G license for a minimum of 8 years excluding a G1 & G2, minimum age 26.
o Only drivers listed on the contract and approved by the insurance are
authorized to tow the travel trailer, all others are prohibited.
o All drivers must possess a valid G class driver’s license.
o All drivers must know proper routes to get to their destination and must stay on maintained roadways. Damages from use on unmaintained roadways could result is the loss of your security deposit.Towing Vehicle
o It is acceptable to tow our travel trailers with vans, SUV’s, lightweight and heavy-duty trucks.
o The vehicle you are using for towing must have a towing receiver attached to the frame of the vehicle. You must have a braking system in your vehicle for the travel trailer. If you do not have one built in, Lakeside RV has a wireless option available for rent.
o Lakeside RV will supply the weight distribution hitch that must be used while towing our rental units.
o The towing vehicle must have a 7-pin adapter and trailer brake module to hook up to the rental units. If no trailer brake module, you can rent one of our wireless braking systems, this is provided through Bluetooth to smartphone.
o There is no towing allowed behind any of Lakeside RV's rental trailers.Fees Summary

The kitchen has a mini fridge & freezer, stove, microwave and sink.- You will receive a demonstration at the pick up, which takes 30-45 mins to go through and you will be on your way.
- The following acceptable vehicles for this unit: Lightweight Pickup Trucks or larger.
- Your vehicle must have a brake controller installed prior to picking up the trailer. If you do not, we have one available for rent.
- We supply the weight distribution & 2 5/16 hitch ball system at the pick up.
- Insurance is mandatory.
- Delivery option available at a extra fee. Based on availability.
- Pick up time is to be arranged before arrival as the trailers are behind a locked gate.
- Return is to be arranged before drop off as a locked gate will need to be opened.
- Travel Trailer must be returned in the same condition (inside cleaned and garbage removed) as the day it was picked up.
- Reservation with a start date more than 14 days in advance, a 25% reservation deposit is charged when the host accepts the reservation. Otherwise, the reservation total is charged in full.
- Security deposit will be charged to the credit card used to booking. Will be returned by Outdoorsy once trailer is returned and checked over.

Reservation Deposit
- When you make a reservation with a start date more than 14 days in advance, a 25% reservation deposit is charged once your reservation has been accepted. Otherwise, the reservation total is charged in full.Payments
o Remainder of Rental Payment (total rental price minus reservation deposit) is due
30 days prior to pickup of rental unit. No exceptions.Security Deposit
o A $1,000 (or greater if use is other than camping purposes) security deposit is due 3 days prior to pick up or delivery and is charged on your credit card you left on file.
o Security deposit will be refunded upon the return of the rental unit. If any damages are present, we will keep your security deposit to pay for the deductible or repairs.
o Allow up to 7 days for full refund of security deposit upon return of the rental unit pending no issues.Cancellation
o Free cancellation for 48 hours after booking, so long as at least 14 days remain before the trip begins.o If cancelled more than 7 days prior to the start date of the trip:

- 75% of the booking total, including tax
- Anything paid toward the protection package, including tax

- The service fee, including taxo If the rental unit you have booked returns damaged, we will substitute your rental unit with one of similar features. If we are unable to substitute your rental unit, and your rental must be cancelled the renter will receive a full refund of all amounts paid.
o *If you wish to modify a reservation, please DO NOT cancel the booking, as the above cancellation policy will apply. Instead, please notify us of the changes needed and we will do the necessary updates if possible.Pick up and Return
Pick up
o Pick up of your rental unit is between 10am – 2pm, unless previously
arranged.
o Please call-in advance to schedule a pickup time. Please leave yourself at least 30-45 minutes to go over the rental unit before departure.
Return
o Drop off, of the rental unit is between 10am – 2 pm.
o Please call-in advance to indicate the time you will be arriving for drop off.
o Late fee applies for a later time, unless previously arranged.
o We will not refund if the rental unit is returned early.
o Travel trailer is to be returned emptied of black and grey tanks. If unable to empty before returning, a fee of $100 will be withheld from the security deposit, unless pre-arranged and pre-paid.
o The renter agrees to return the rental unit in the same condition in which it was received upon pickup.
o The renter is charged for the days the rental unit is in their possession. If the rental unit is returned past the designated return time, there will be a half day charge deducted from your security deposit.General Conditions
o Lakeside RV reserves the right to substitute a rental unit of
equivalent or larger size at no extra cost to the customer.
o If a smaller, or less expensive rental unit is offered, a refund will be applied to bring the rental amount to the lesser value.
o Any subsequent expenses (but not limited to ferry costs, toll fees, tickets) are the sole responsibility of the renter. Failure to report extra fees to our rental unit could result in a later charge to your credit card, along with an administrative fee.
o We do not offer travel trailer rentals during winter months (October 31st – May 1st). Lakeside RV reserves the right to change the dates without notice.
o All incident or damages must be reported to Lakeside RV immediately.
o The awning of the camper is to be used in weather permitting conditions. If winds are expected, we ask that the awning is retracted. Any damage to the awning will result in a loss of the security deposit.
o First aid kits are supplied inside the camper. We have provided a small first aid items with the basic needs (band aids, gauze, and medical tape) to be used if needed. If the seal on the large first aid kit has been broken, you will forfeit the cost of $75 to replace the first aid kit from your security deposit.
o Non-biodegradable toilet paper, paper towel and feminine products must not be put down the toilet.o Pets/ Smoking
o Pets are welcome in our select pet friendly travel trailers. If damages have been left because of your pet, we will withhold your security deposit to pay for the deductible or repairs.
o There is a $50 fee applied when pets will be in the travel trailers.
o If pets have been brought into our non-pet friendly travel trailers, there will be a cleaning fee of $300 that will be withheld from your security deposit.
o ALL units are non-smoking/ non vaping. If there is a smell of smoke/vaping inside the camper you will forfeit your full security deposit.Driver
o Renters and/or drivers must be licensed with a G license for a minimum of 8 years excluding a G1 & G2, minimum age 26.
o Only drivers listed on the contract and approved by the insurance are
authorized to tow the travel trailer, all others are prohibited.
o All drivers must possess a valid G class driver’s license.
o All drivers must know proper routes to get to their destination and must stay on maintained roadways. Damages from use on unmaintained roadways could result is the loss of your security deposit.Towing Vehicle
o It is acceptable to tow our travel trailers with vans, SUV’s, lightweight and heavy-duty trucks.
o The vehicle you are using for towing must have a towing receiver attached to the frame of the vehicle. You must have a braking system in your vehicle for the travel trailer. If you do not have one built in, Lakeside RV has a wireless option available for rent.
o Lakeside RV will supply the weight distribution hitch that must be used while towing our rental units.
o The towing vehicle must have a 7-pin adapter and trailer brake module to hook up to the rental units. If no trailer brake module, you can rent one of our wireless braking systems, this is provided through Bluetooth to smartphone.
o There is no towing allowed behind any of Lakeside RV's rental trailers.Fees Summary
o Pet Fee
o $50 added to total invoice.
o If pets are brought into a none pet travel trailer you will forfeit $300 of
your security deposit.

o $150 one-time fee for cleaning paid previously to departure.

o Renters are responsible for reporting any failures in the rental unit immediately (not limited to air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave, plumbing, slide out) pictures or video maybe asked for proof and help identify the issue.
o Renters may be responsible for damages due to negligence to the rental unit.
o Necessary repairs will be refunded up to $100 without authorization, proof of receipt will be required.
o Repairs exceeding $100 need pre-authorization from Lakeside RV to be reimbursed with proof of receipt.
o Guests assume full responsibility for damage to tires, rims, axles, anything under the rental unit including the under belly of rental unit.Cleaning
o We ask that the rentals be swept out before return.
o All garbage is removed from trailer before return.
o All black and grey tanks are emptied before return unless pre-arranged.
o That all dishes have been cleaned and put back in their respected areas.
o We ask that you please do NOT use bleach products in our travel trailers. Any discoloration from bleach products will result in the loss of your security deposit to fix any damages.What's includedOur unit comes equipped with:
