Williamson RV was so wonderful to work. They explained everything that we needed to know about the trailer, so we were prepared for our trip. The trailer was great. We loved the rear bunkroom - plenty of room for our boys! We will definitely be using them again.

Wasn’t completely setup this time. Also i was given 2 pieces of paper towel left on the roll, no replacement. The toilet paper was the same (almost completely empty) but i had camper TP so i was glad I brought that. This camper (unit 23) wasn’t as stocked as previous ones I’ve rented. This is my 3rd time renting through Williamson and this is the first time i was disappointed. I brought these issues up and was basically told i could have called. The last thing i want to do on vacation is call for someone to have to come back out and set up what i paid extra for in the first place. We had asked a neighbor camping nearby and they fixed it for us. We had a good time but like i mentioned just disappointed in the set up that we paid extra for this time.

We are very sorry that the RV was not as you expected. When you say it wasn't stocked as normal, I think you are referring to a roll of paper towels and a couple rolls of toilet paper. Yes, we usually stock our units with both of those items; while we strive for perfection, we apologize if we did not live up to that. You brought this up during departure and mentioned something about having a question on the AC operation and hot water heater. I simple was saying that had you could have texted us rather than asking a neighbor, we are almost "always" available if you have a question and since you were so close could have brought you those couple of items.
