Review summary
Helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating
Justin & Kathryn Williamson are praised for responsiveness, thorough walkthroughs, and going above & beyond. They offer site delivery, setup services, and extensive guidance, especially for new renters, making the process enjoyable and easy.
Clean, well-equipped, with minor notes
The Rockwood Mini Lite 2509S is consistently clean, well-maintained, and functional with working A/C. It is pre-stocked with essentials. Minor issues include a non-functional table bed and limited linen package (bring towels); the Keurig has mug height restrictions.

5.0Williamson's made it super easy for us to reserve. They brought the camper to our site and set it up completely for us so all we had to do was show up. We only found a one small issue, and we weren't able to get the table to go down so we could utilize the bed there and there was a piece missing to hold the table if we were able to get the table to go down. other than that, we had the best experience and can't wait to reserve next year as well.

5.0The rental experience was great and the owners were very helpful and easy to work with. Answered all of our questions and were very responsive when needed. We are new to travel trailers, so we appreciated the extra time spent to walk us through the basics and for making the whole process enjoyable. Highly recommended.

4.5We found a very convenient to pick up the trailer on the way to see the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum in Kentucky. Kathryn was very helpful to show us how to do everything we needed to do and walked us through the trailer. We have watched several videos showing campers that used travel trailers so we had an idea of how to do the necessary hook ups and disconnecting. We also found a video for hooking up and disconnecting the Blue Ox weight distribution system-it is easy if you know the process . We had a difficult time getting it off the truck the first time-a couple of skin scrapes. The linen package =sheets and a hand towel in the kitchen & bathroom. I didn’t read the list of things to bring very carefully. You’ll need your own towels and washcloths. My husband opted to use the shower at the campground for more water pressure & space. The Keurig coffee maker is a one at a time pod user, that will brew up to 10 oz. You do need a mug large enough to hold it-my Contigo travel mug is too tall to fit under the dispenser. We really enjoyed using the travel trailer-met some very nice people.
