The rental experience was great and the owners were very helpful and easy to work with. Answered all of our questions and were very responsive when needed. We are new to travel trailers, so we appreciated the extra time spent to walk us through the basics and for making the whole process enjoyable. Highly recommended.

We found a very convenient to pick up the trailer on the way to see the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum in Kentucky.
Kathryn was very helpful to show us how to do everything we needed to do and walked us through the trailer. We have watched several videos showing campers that used travel trailers so we had an idea of how to do the necessary hook ups and disconnecting. We also found a video for hooking up and disconnecting the Blue Ox weight distribution system-it is easy if you know the process . We had a difficult time getting it off the truck the first time-a couple of skin scrapes.

We had a great time on our twelve day trip in the Rockwood Mini Lite (Unit 18). The camper was as described and clean. It fit our needs perfectly. The staff was very informative and super friendly. We would definitely recommend Williamson RV Rentals LLC to anyone looking to rent a RV or camper.

It literally felt like I was borrowing a camper from a friend. Well except for the money part.. LOL couldn’t ask for nicer friendlier more knowlagable people to deal with, Everything was exactly as advertised and the experience was awesome would recommend to any and everyone!

Very clean rental! Above and beyond in pre-stocking it with utensils, cutlery, toilet paper ... and did a great job explaining the features and tasks needed to setup and breakdown the camper. Would definitely come back for a return visit!
