Our delivery was 1.5 later than told. This was not a good start to our trip. It was not communicated that delivery would be that late. When I brought it up to owners, they told me I should have "picked a friendlier campground." Terrible customer service. The RV itself was in great shape and very clean.

Due to the severe thunderstorms with damaging winds the night before that led to power outages across numerous campgrounds, our delivery schedule had to be completely reworked the morning of your delivery. You were contacted initially at 9:41 am asking about your campground’s power situation. At 12:04 pm, we messaged you stating that the trailer would not be delivered early, as we initially hoped, but closer to 4:00 pm but not able to give a definite time. Then at 3:30 pm, the delivery driver called you letting you know that he was heading your way and gave you an updated ETA. Your campground did play a factor in your delivery, as they would not allow us to deliver in the morning, as other campgrounds do when the site is available, so you were schedule towards the end of day.

Owners were great to work with. Very prompt to reply to any message. Camper was already to go when we arrived to the campground. Couldn't have been easier. Camper itself was very clean and well kept. Will definitely consider them again on our next trip.
