We rented a 30ft travel trailer from Williamson RV for 2 nights. The trailer was better than expected - everything worked well and was super clean. Justin and Kathryn went above and beyond our expectations. Kathryn's communication and attention to details were excellent! Justin's ability to ensure we hauled the trailer safely (changing the ball on our hitch) was awesome as well! We will definitely use Williamson RV again!!

Excellent service. Everything we needed was included. Good quality and clean camper. AC, electric, water and eater heater worked great. Would rent again. Water hose was too short but that was the campground's problem for putting the spigot too far away ;)

Renters beware! Upon arrival, they will treat you like everything is easy-going and it is going to be a great time, but upon drop off, if everything is not in pristine condition, you will need to email them for three months, pay extra for insurance, only to be charged for damages from your security deposit. Customer service could have made this whole situation one that we would have never left this review. Now that I have to pay the whole security deposit back, I would NEVER recommend renting from them.

Beth, I am sorry that you are frustrated with your experience. All renters are held to same standard - if you break something you are responsible financially for fixing it. I have the Outdoorsy Return Form signed stating that there was trim damage and the awning arm was broken during your trip. I provided you with before and time stamped after pictures that showed the damages. The trim damage was due to not properly leveling the camper, which was verified by an RV technician, and the awning arm was damaged because it was left out when you went to dinner which was discussed during the walkthrough to always bring it in when you are not sitting under it. These items are not covered by insurance since you chose not to purchase the "Damage Protection" - we let all renters decide what insurance package level they wish to purchase.

What a phenomenal trip from start to finish. Justin and Kathryn were super helpful and very responsive. We absolutely loved renting their camper and would highly recommend anyone interested in renting to not pass up the opportunity to rent with them!
When we encountered an blown fuse on the trip Justin was quick to respond and let me know where the fuse box was and how to remedy the situation. The camper was clean and the beds were comfortable. Loved loved loved this trip!

Easy to work with, Camper was clean and stocked with everything we would need. Drop off was easy and our deposit was returned in a timely fashion. Would rent from again in the future.

Great experience! I grew up camping with family, but this was our first time renting a camper. It was such a positive experience and perfect for our weekend away. The kids loved the bunks, it was spacious, and well stocked. I will definitely be renting from them again! Thank you!
