Welcome! Here is a little bit about our camper...Towing: This 17' forest river trailer has a dry weight of only 2818 and will easily fit into the smallest of sites. It requires a 2 5/16” ball to hook up; we do offer a hitch and ball set up which will work with most vehicles as an add-on if needed. It requires a brake controller. Most trucks have this preinstalled; If you do not have one you will need to provide one. Can't tow? We deliver and pick-up; up to 75 miles from Shelton as an add on.Sleeping: It is a bunkhouse, sleeps 4 adults and the dinette converts to a small bed suitable for a child. Bedding is included for the queen bed however, the bunk and dinette beds each have bedding as an add on as some people don’t require them and use it for extra storage. So, be sure to request it if you need it.Amenities: It comes with A/C, propane heat, propane or electric refrigerator with freezer, microwave, 32"smart TV, DVD player, Bluetooth stereo with outdoor speakers and plenty of storage both inside and out. The Kitchen is stocked for all your cooking needs and has a 2 burner propane range.Utilities: It has 30 amp service and 1 adapter to a common household plug. For off grid camping we recommend using a generator since without shore power, it is very taxing on the battery. It is best the battery stays above 50% keep from damaging it. For this reason we strongly recommend using a generator and offer 1 as an add-on if needed. It comes with a full tank of propane. For extended dry camping we suggest a second tank and offer 1 additional tank as an add on if needed. The gray and black tanks need to be dumped upon returning the trailer to avoid a $100 fee.We would love to make traveling as easy and fun as possible. Please feel free to contact us with any questions, concerns and provide us with your vehicle and destination information so we can help you build the best experience possible. What's includedKitchen utensils, coffee press, tea pot, pots and pans, 2 camping chairs, leveling blocks, RV toilet paper, water hose, 30 amp power cord, small electric heater, sewer hose, toilet chemicals, dish soap, paper plates, first aid kitRecommendationsWe are conveniently located to access the beautiful Olympic Peninsula or ocean beaches. If we could give Scott and Tina 10 stars, we would! They were amazing. First of all, the camper was great. It had everything we needed to be comfortable. A day into our trip, we had trouble while at a campground. Scott made an heroic effort to come help us solve our problem. We were so grateful and couldn't believe the enormous effort he made to help us. I just can't say enough about how positive this experience was for us. We highly recommend renting from them.

We had an awesome experience renting this trailer. The owners even delivered it to our camp site which made the trip completely hassle free and the trailer was in great shape and provided everything you would need for a camping trip. Definitely recommend using them.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Pick up and drop off can be negotiable with reasonable advance notice and subject to availability.

Q.How many people can I fit in the camper?
A.
Sleeps 5* - 4 adults Comfortably: 2 in the queen bed and 1 each in the 2 bunks. The dining room table does convert to a small sleeping area suitable for a child.

Q.Do I need a brake controller?
A.
Many trucks will have this feature included however cars and SUV's may not. You will need to supply your own if you do not have one installed already.

Q.Can I travel with the water tanks full?
A.
Know that when you are traveling with a full tank of water, you are carrying 8.34 pounds of water per gallon. That adds a lot of weight to an RV, which reduces your MPG (miles per gallon). Fresh Water Capacity 33 gals. Grey Water Capacity 25 gals. Black Water Capacity 25 gals. We do require that the gray and black water tanks be dumped upon returning the trailer to avoid a fee.
