Enjoy the outdoors with our luxurious 2016 Winnebago Vista LX36Y. We recently purchased this rig, and it has been meticulously maintained. Our coach features a King size bed, with a wall of wardrobes and a drop down TV in the master. The kitchen is a unique island style with corian counters, double sink, stove, oven, microwave and residential refrigerator with ice maker. This is a gas unit, and uniquely features a washer and dryer. The living area has a lift TV in the entertainment console, full size bed with air mattress and recliner. The front passenger seat also is a recliner for your relaxation. A drop down bunkbed with ladder (twin) is over the cockpit. The rig has auto levelers, outdoor TV, easy access to grey, black, power and water connections. On the outside, you have a huge awning, outdoor speakers, outdoor TV and propane gas connection. For a 36 foot unit, it is incredibly easy to drive, and you have so much space after extending the 3 slide out panels. We equip our rig with dishes, silverware, coffee maker, cookware and toaster oven. We are happy to supply a linen kit upon request which will provide towels, dish clothes, sheets for all the beds, pillows and blankets.
We will provide a 2 hour orientation of the rig, and would prefer that you take the time to learn about the various functions, as there are a lot of bells and whistles on our coach. If you take a look at this video https://youtu.be/TnhkinlNQc0, you will get to see all of the options. This video is not our coach, but it is the exact same model in pristine condition.
We love our little dog, and welcome dog owners with one dog. We require a non-refundable $75 pet fee to remove allergens. We ask that you make an earnest effort to remove all pet hair from the coach.

April 20215

We had a great trip! Had to "boondock" for 2 nights which caused us as first time RV campers, some nervous moments about electricity status, but even that went well. Discovered we should have completely filled the water tank before we left but managed that Ok too--definitely a learning experience! Jackie, our host, could not have been more helpful, she was even available for questions while we were out. The rig was in great condition and fully equipped, we could not have asked for better.
Overall definitely a five-star experience. Kay C

Have a question?Get answers directly from the owner

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We are very flexible on the pickup and dropoff times.

Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
We strongly recommend a full hookup 50 AMP site. In order to run both Air Conditioners along with any other power - you will want 50 AMPS.

Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
We provide various slinky's and fencing for the sewer hookup. You want to keep your tanks closed (not draining) while parked to allow both the grey and black tank to fill which prevents solids from settling in the bottom of the tanks. Water hookup is easy, and with onboard water pump, there is water available at all times. Electric hookup can be 30 or 50 amp, but we strongly recommend 50 amp. We don't allow boondocking you won't have the facilities to dump tanks, fill water or connect power.
