Amber was so great to work with. We could call anytime with questions. We put over 1600 miles on during our trip and the RV ran smooth with no issues. Very clean and well cared for. We look forward to using this again in the future.

We had a lot of problems with this motor home. We tried dry camping the first three nights of our reservation and were woken up every couple of hours to the carbon monoxide detector going off because the battery was dead. The fridge/freezer only work when the motor home is plugged in at an RV park. I lost a whole fridge/freezer full of food. The awning had sun damage the owner showed us before we took it and it broke our first day on the trip. She didn't end up making us pay for it, but she threatened for a long time even though it was threadbare and she showed us it was damaged before we rented it. We had to figure out by ourselves how to get it secured to get home without causing more damage. The owner was no help and told us we could take it back early, but she would still charge us for all of the days on the rental which was like another week at that point. We were very frustrated. The motor home is old and has been used a lot. It felt like something else could break due to normal use at any moment, and we would be responsible to replace the old parts with expensive brand new ones. It's a great deal for the owner. You could easily end up with a very expensive vacation due to just normal use of this vehicle and bad luck of something breaking on your watch. I would suggest if you are wanting to rent this vehicle that you request to see it, test drive, and be willing to take a risk on something major going wrong on your watch. It has a really hard time on hills. We were going about 45-50 mph floored up Sardine Canyon. It shakes on the freeway probably because the tires are bad. I can't imagine the mess we would have been in if it broke down far from home. Also, she expects you to clean the motorhome thoroughly before returning it and she keeps the cleaning fee too saying it has to due with Covid. I doubt she did anything extra than spray a little Lysol around and not stock it with linens. We had even more problems that I've listed. It was not the great experience I was hoping for. From now on I will stick with hotels and Airbnb who have better customer service and less risk.

We had a lot of fun in this RV. There were a few unexpected issues that we had to deal with - but overall it was a good experience. Amber was nice and helpful.
