This trailer features a versa-lounger that is exclusive to Wildwood trailers, full size bunk beds, Tons of storage including a large pantry, and a front queen walk around bedroom with wardrobe storage and hamper to keep your trailer tidy.
Wendy is half-ton pickup towable. You’ll need a 7 pin connector and a brake controller.
Don’t have hookups? I’ll fill the fresh water tank for free and there’s plenty of room in the grey and black tanks for extended boondocking.
WE Deliver - to campgrounds and homes! In-laws coming for a visit? Wendy makes the perfect guest house set up on your level driveway or on the side of your house. We just need a power hookup and access to water and your guests are all set. I also offer delivery, setup, and black/grey tank dump at local campsites within 10 miles starting at $100.

We offer a budget friendly “no frills” base rent that comes with RV toilet paper and toilet chemicals. We also do this because many like to use their own linens and kitchen supplies.

Recommendations
For first time renters, we highly suggest that you have full hook ups at your camping destination. We also recommend you take advantage of our delivery and setup option.
Please allow yourself enough time before and after your trip to safely load, empty and clean "Wendy". The late return fee is the same cost as an additional night. I highly recommend adding a day to ensure a relaxing no stress adventure.
Other things to note
My goal is for you return your entire deposit, but I need your help:
No smoking, vaping, or drug use is allow in the trailer, your entire security deposit will be held until smoke remediation can be obtained. Whatever the remediation specialist charges PLUS a service fee of $100 will be assessed out of the security deposit and any remaining balance will be refunded to the renter as long and there are no other overages.
Furry friends are welcome no felines or rodents. Please advise to the size, breed and age of your little (or big) friend.

You are responsible for any ticket, tolls, tows, and impounds. Even if the notice arrives after late fees and admin fees have compounded.
Tire damage is the responsibility of the renter, if the renter believes it is due to negligence, the tire must be brought back for professional evaluation. Reimbursement is based on that result.
If there is a mechanical failure or problem requiring roadside assistance, renter should call roadside assistance number provided by insurer and alert owner immediately. RENTER SHALL NOT ATTEMPT TO MAKE REPAIRS. Out of pocket expense for repairs required and which are not covered by insurance or roadside assistance will be reimbursed by owner upon return of vehicle as long as the owner is made aware prior to such repairs and receipts are provided.
Renter is responsible for checking and maintaining tire pressure at each stop. Cost due to negligence resulting in mechanical damage or tire damage will be renter’s responsibility.
Owner will provide information on operation of cabin at time of pickup and will provide instruction manuals for operation of coach systems, features and appliances. It is renter’s responsibility to understand and follow instructions. Failure to use proper handling of any of the systems, features or appliances in RV may result in damage and renter will be liable for cost to repair.
Awning use is strictly prohibited during any time there are wind gusts or steady winds that exceed 10 miles per hour, hail, snow, heavy rain, or when trailer is left unattended. Operator damage is not covered by insurance. If awning is returned broken or damaged, you surrender your ENTIRE security deposit and will receive no refunds. This does not release you from paying for overages or other damage.

Fantastic RV, very clean and well kept. Marjorie was great with good communication about drop off and pick up. Really thoughtful inclusions like a coffee maker with k cups, tea and hot chocolate. Everything you needed for a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!
