- 2" Hitchball with load balancing/sway control hitch.This is a perfect trailer for a small family, or a couple looking for a lot of room!
- Queen bed in the front with a Memory Foam mattress topper.
- Dining area where the seating area converts into a small bed.
- stereo system with indoor speakers,
- Kitchen comes complete with dishes, pots/pans, microwave, refrigerator, Oven and stove top
- 13,500 BTU A/C and 18,000 BTU Furnace
- Bathroom with small tub and shower.
- 6 Gal. Hot water heater with 30 gal. fresh water tank; 30 gal. grey water tank; 11 gal. black water holding tank
- We provide linens for the beds, you will need to provide pillows and blankets/sleeping bags.
- Lots of storage space inside for all of your supplies for a longer trip (Can haul 805+ Pounds of cargo)

The kitchen is equipped with a full set of dishes for 4, pots and pans, coffee maker (and coffee!), and electric toaster.Other things to noteThere will be NO smoking/vaping or smokers/vapers. If you are one, find another unit to rent. If we do smell ANY residual (even from your clothes or body) , we will keep your full security deposit , no negotiation, no discussion Campfire smells are great, tobacco and vape smells are not!
