oven, microwave, toaster, 3 burner cooktop (as well as 2 electric hot plates if you want to avoid using propane), basic cook & bakeware along with cooking utensils, dinnerware, flatware, cups & coffee mugs, coffee pot, electric kettle, coffee, tea, honey, oil, salt & pepper, dish soap, new, individually packaged sponge, trash can & trash bags.Freshly cleaned towels & linens for kitchen, bathroom, and beds, along with “grub towels” to clean up from your outdoor adventures.A small hand broom with dust pan, all purpose cleaning spray, paper towels, hand soap, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, & body wash.Outdoor:
portable Coleman propane stove (propane canisters not included), outdoor radio, camping chairs, outdoor shower!Bunkhouse bunks have individual size TV/DVD players (headphones not included - please bring your own!)
Sleeping loft has a larger TV that can swivel to face the living area along with a DVD player that also has streaming capability - just remember WiFi isn’t always easy to come by on the road!
Hence DVD’s - which we realize are relics for most, so we’ll have a variety of movies in the rig for you!RecommendationsWe are new to Georgia, but in general we highly recommend state and national parks! Our rig size is one of the largest that can fit in most natl. parks’ camping spots! KOA campgrounds are an excellent choice if you have young children and are dipping your toes into RV life for the first time. We recently RV’d from California up the West coast to Washington state and then headed East across the Rockies and down along the Gulf Coast…eventually landing here just outside Atlanta! We cannot wait to explore all that this beautiful region has to offer. For those interested, we can offer suggestions on apps to use for RV navigation and finding places to camp as well as boon-docking tips if you want to be brave & save money by trying that out at some point 😀.Other things to noteThere is no smoking allowed in Arvie. We ask that you don’t climb on the roof as this is a safety issue & home to several important RV features you could accidentally damage. Please use the provided outdoor mat to wipe excessive dirt/sand off your shoes before coming inside.
If you want to further avoid grime, you may also use the outdoor shower to clean up before coming in.**Remember to remove slide locks before extending the slides and to secure slide locks in place when the slides are pulled in before you begin to drive.**TAKE IT SLOW. This is our biggest tip! And not just while driving…take your time getting everything secure and ready to go before you begin driving…and after you arrive at your destination…take your time again getting everything opened up & hooked up for camping.Don’t go off road (unless there is a sweet beach that you can legally take an RV onto, then please go and do that with our blessing bc it’s awesome!)Be gentle with Arvie. If you take good care of him, he will take good care of you and show you a great time!
