Review summary (AI-generated from guest reviews):
- Responsive, but Frequent Cancellations: Ismael (Izzy) is consistently praised for excellent and quick communication, being friendly, helpful, and explaining features. However, there are multiple instances of the host canceling bookings, sometimes just 1-2 days before departure.
- Easy to Drive and Maneuver: The van is praised for being easy to drive, nimble, and maneuver, with decent gas mileage and easy parking. It offers great amenities, storage, and battery power. However, the bed's seat pads are uncomfortable and pillows are thin, and basic supplies like a dish sponge were missing.
