It was as described. She didn’t have a weight distribution hitch or it’s accessories but it pulled fine with out with a ram 1500. It looks like screws are starting to jiggle loose. Happens with RVs. I would recommend you tight or replace screws in window screens and screen door. Awning is manual with a lock on the upper right arm. One of the gas lines leaks but we just rotated tank and it went away. The jacks are manual so bring a drill or something with some torque if you are uneven ground. Overall very happy with owner and RV.

I am sorry that you were disappointed, however as we discussed there were a number of issues that I had with this experience that I will not go through here. However, the pictures that are attached to this review are untrue. This camper was cleaned and that touched up prior to you receiving it. You also received freshly cleaned linens that were an added bonus to your stay that were not covered in the cost. Additionally, you broke the chair in the camper that had to be repaired and was at no cost to you.
