I grew up in an entrepreneurial family in Upstate NY. Adventuring was a part of our family's fabric. Armed with a BBA in International Business from Stetson University and a MBA in Global Business and Hospitality & Tourism from Virginia Tech, I took on the role of COO of my family in 2014 when we welcomed our first son. Two years later, our second son was born. I enjoy helping families earn cash from their closets as a consignment concierge. That has evolved into sharing our adventure pod, Lady Skipper, with other families in need of a holiday.
How is the RV cleaned and sanitized in light of the current Covid-19 pandemic?
ANS: I held a conference call with a pest management company executive who is responsible for sanitizing Amazon shipping centers. We are a high risk family. We work very hard to ensure your family and mine are safe.
A 48 hour rig rest is required during COVID-19 conditions to ensure proper cleaning.
Awning repairs are not covered under your insurance. Repairs begin at $1,500.
RV is to be returned in same condition (clean inside and out) or additional cleaning fees will be charged.
Our children suffer from asthma. Please do not smoke in our mobile home or forfeit your security deposit.
Alerts for driving over 71MPH will be charged $100 per alert.
If RV is returned with black or grey tanks not on empty, a service fee will be charged.
Ensures RV readiness for the next adventure.

We loved it! This RV was packed with everything needed for a smooth trip. Easy to drive & good for a novice RV'er. The owner was terrific!
So glad you two had an easy adventure. I was very pleased to hear the new loft bunk rebuild with 6” mattress is super comfortable. Happy trails!

Brent, we are still sick over the ever present leak in the cab. We have been struggling with the repair shop for six months. Each time we think they completed the work, we find the leak is still there. So much heartache. I continue to hope that this will be remedied so I can host you properly. I hope the oil change and Five Guys gift cards help you forget for a minute. ;-)

This was our second time renting Lady Skipper and it was even better than the first. Kristie goes above and beyond to ensure your trip goes as smoothly as possible. The RV is super clean, extremely well maintained, and she is very responsive with any questions you have along the way. We had a great time with our two kids!
Our trip in the Lady Skipper was everything we wanted (and needed) and more. Kristie was incredibly patient with our first time RV-ing questions and random issues that came up. The Lady Skipper herself was a great friend during the trip and treated us well.
