First time ever using and renting an rv and my group and I had so much fun! Randall was a pleasure to rent from. It was a great learning experience and with his thorough orientation we didn’t even need to contact him the whole time with any questions, which he assured us we could. We had a group of 7 people for 4 nights in the woods without an hook ups and this rv was perfect for what we needed! Comfortable sleeping space for each of us as well!

From my initial request until the end of our trip was nothing outside of fantastic. Randall was able to provide for the requests we had and the RV was a pleasure to stay in. No issues with anything, everything was in great shape. Definitely would suggest this renter to anyone interested in a C class rental.

The kids loved the experience, I loved how stress free it was. As a first time RVer I had no idea what I was doing, but Randall walked me through everything, including a facetime chat when I couldn't describe the problem well enough for him to fix it by message. We had a wonderful time in the Chateau. Randall delivered it to us on time and showed us how to use everything. Randall always responded quickly when we had questions on the road. Randall was great. Even before booking with him he answered all of our questions promptly, as well as during our trip. As soon as we arrived to pick up the RV, Randall was waiting for us to explain every detail of how the RV works. His explanations were perfect for us (first time RVing). His RV was great for our family of 5 (2 adults 3 kids). The RV was in great shape and our trip was smooth. Everything worked properly and we were very comfortable. Appreciate all that Randall did for us. The RV was everything that his past clients said it would be. It was clean, well stocked with things to use inside the camper as well as outside. (chairs, portable grill, linens, dishes) Unfortunately due to issue with slide extension we were unable to take the trip. With that being said it all happened on night before we were to leave and he worked into the night with us to correct problem. Coming back next morning at 6 to assist with mechanic. Unfortunately RV had to go to shop for repairs. We are looking to due future trips and will be calling Randall again. If you need an RV with an owner who gives great attention not only to vehicle but to people renting it. Add to that his promptness in returning calls is very important in business. We highly recommend using this RV and owner. FIVE STAR PLUS RECOMMENDATION1

Randall has to be the most phenomenal guy to rent from on Outdoorsy. From our first message to our last, he was incredibly responsive, helpful and caring. The owner really cares about your experience and that everything is to your satisfaction. Any little user error on my part was quickly answered via text. We drove from St.Augustine FL to Union Point Georgia and the RV drove flawlessly. We even pulled a small 6x12 trailer without any issue. The RV itself is extremely nice, clean and very comfortable. I recommend this unit to any family looking for a great RV with great customer service. Thank you again Randall!!

We loved our drive down to the Florida Keys in Randall's RV with our family of 7! There was plenty of room for our 5 kids ages 0 to 15. Randall was the perfect host to get us on the road with confidence, this being the first time I've driven anything this size. The RV itself is in great condition inside and out, with plenty of TV screens for the kids and a slide out side that provided a lot of space both during the long drives and while at the RV park at night.

First time RV renter here. Randall was very helpful and informative. His tutorial of the vehicle and amenities was thorough and left me feeling well prepared for the journey. He was always available for communication when questions arose, well above what I would have expected from him. His recommendation for the Roadside assistance was essential for our trip and we appreciated the recommendation. He was calm and professional in all of our interactions. The RV was perfectly as advertised and he was transparent about its' workings. I would highly recommend this RV and Randall in the future. Took a long trip from Florida to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and back. The motor home performed excellently and was a joy to travel/stay in. Owners are very easy easy to work with and very responsive. Highly recommend!
