- Prep fee: $95.00. This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental.

Q.Can I take the camper?
A.
NO. We deliver, set up everything for you , and bring it back home after your stay is over.
Q.How to operate the water and sewer while camping?
A.
We will set everything up for you. We always leave the gray tank (Shower and sink water) open and the Black tank ( Toilet water) closed. YOU MUST empty the black tank every TWO days or the camper will overflow and you will be responsible for all repairs. All instructions on how to do this are available in the camper in your welcome package.
Q.Will you give me a walk-through in person?
A.
NOT at this time. We will set up everything for you before you arrive. We will complete a walk-through inside and outside the camper and leave the form with your welcome package for you to review and return to us digitally (photo) within 1h of arrival. In the same welcome package, you will find all instructions on how to use everything around the camper and where everything is located.
Q.Can we flush TP or other sanitary items down the toilet?
A.
NO! We do not allow any TP (even "RV" tp) to be flushed down the toilet or any sanitary items AT ALL. If any sign of flushed items is found your deposit WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
