All good with us for a one day RV camping

He was not present for either pick up or drop off. The generator did not work, pop outs did not work, black water was full, bed was broke and did not fold down due to table being screwed in to wall, it was full of dirt, sticky, unclean just plain gross. The fridge did not work, the wrong year of vehicle than listed on the advertisement. The door lock was broken and left us fully unsafe. The key to get to side doors broken,window broken, ladder broken, over whelming stench half hazardously being covered by 10ish air fresheners
We had to purchase a generator to operate medical equipment and was verbally told we would be getting a full cash refund for how poorly the rv was given to us. And since it was listed as operational but was not.
He asked us to stay in a truck stop instead of our intended trip so he didn’t have to send us a mechanic with it being a holiday weekend
Over all this man is running a scam. We would have been more than happy and lived with all of these issues if he had lived up to his word.

The entire RV was falling apart hour food went bad owner left full tank of poop the heading radio didn't work the RV droe so terrible u had to rock the stearint wheel back and forth to drive straight and all our linens were dirty

The RV was perfect for our family's camping trip and Terrance was very helpful and always quick to respond when we had any questions. The RV was spacious, clean, and included some extra bonuses like the camping chairs!

Terrance is EXCELLENT, the RV was fabulous and everything promised, and a GREAT value. I thought about maybe only 4 stars on mechanical since we did have a couple of challenges, but those were solved without incident. There were items turned off in winterization that failed to be turned on, and my ignorance of RVing is total, and between phone calls to Terrance and a mobile RV mechanic locally that was really helpful over the phone, we got it solved. This was my first time with RV and I learned from others at RV park that one REALLY needs to be knowledgeable when traveling in this manner. You can't simply consider it like your normal vacation where you can rely on the hotel or what-not. You are traveling in a movable house, with HVAC, water heater, plumbing, bathroom, movable walls, a liquid propane tank and a generator, all while driving down the highway and trying desperately to shake apart. You GOTTA know a bit what you're doing.

Great RV. Great owner. RV was exactly as listed. Terrence delivered and picked up for us and the trip was awesome. Can’t say enough and I would recommend to anyone looking for a great RV and easy experience!

Drives great, wonderful time on our trip! Very easy to work for beginners. Stocked with all kitchen supplies we needed, besides a few extras (we traveled with 6 people!) The s'mores supplies, water, and Coco were a fantastic touch. The RV was so comfortable, clean, and if we travel this way again we will definitely use this RV again. The owner is so friendly and helpful and very accommodating. Can't recommend enough!!
