2013 Thor Motor Coach Daybreak

Chris was wonderful with explaining how to use his RV. This was only my second time operating an RV and he walked me through everything that i needed to do. The RV drove very well and was not as loud and bumpy as one i rented before. I had a great experience. The only problems with the RV was the air conditioner dripped water condensation but the owner told me about that up front and the vinyl seats were pealing but sheet were placed over them. Lots of storage space. Overall great experience and would rent this RV again.

First off our trip was amazing. Chris was very accommodating. His communication was fantastic. The rig overall met our needs but we were very disappointed with a few things. Firstly, the night before we left the owner called us to let us know the refrigerator was not working and we would have to cooler our food. This was going to be very difficult because we were headed out west where temps were over 100. He was able to get the fridge working but only on propane which meant while in the heat out west we had to choose between refrigeration or AC in the rig. This was very disappointing and frankly at one point my mom got overheated due to no AC. The other very disappointing issue was the furniture. The pleather seats were pealing. He told my husband this was due to someone cleaning with alcohol. I felt it very unfair that he would not have updated the pictures of his RV prior to renting it in this condition. If I had seen the seats like this prior to rental I would have chosen another RV. The sleeper sofa was terrible, we ended up purchasing an air mattress to use for my kids to sleep on. Other issues we had were the generator would not power on from inside the RV. We had to go under the vehicle and start the RV. The generator would not run for long periods of time and we couldn't determine why other than maybe the heat. I think that with a little TLC this rig would be an amazing deal.

10 days and 2500+ miles later I have nothing but positive reviews for Chris and the Thor Motor Coach. Chris provided us with a multi page step by step guide that made camping in the Thor very easy. Setup and tear down at campsites takes about ten minutes tops with the auto level feature and Chris's paperwork provided. The coach was equipped nicely with everything you would need at a campsite. Cast iron cookware, small grill, charcoal, small propane bottles, even a hammock. 7-9 mpg was our average fuel economy driving thru the mountains as well as the prairie flat lands. Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and the motor coach and would highly recommend renting this unit for big trips or small.

As first time RV renters, Chis was very helpful and explained in detail how to do everything. The RV was very clean, had tons of space, and was great for kids and dogs. It was easy to operate and made for a great vacation for the whole family. Would highly recommend!

Chris was very awesome to deal with. He helped accommodate us any way he could. Super nice RV and was described to a T. Would highly recommend! We would defiantly rent again if needed.
