Turn key delivered set up and picked up within 30 miles of grand junctionadditional fee 100$ each way. Some campgrounds require advance reservations and is paid for by you. This rv is not available for pick up ramp door to the front garage area where we accept pets, there is bunk beds for the kids up front. Separate access to master bed, 3 slides for extra space .Like new clean RV with large living space, all the amenities you will need.What's includedTurn key linens, blankets, all sleeping bags all cleaned every trip. Rv cleaned with botanical non toxic cleaners . Hot water heater 60 gal of fresh water included, full hook rv for campgrounds that provide hook ups .Yard games included. Gas fire pit with 20lb filled propane tank provided, blackstone grill included, pots pans and full kitchen supplied coffee maker Exterior speaker system. A 4 seat RzR is available for rent at an additional fee. Generator is provided and will run a/c system. Several adult and kids dvd provided. Camp chairs provided, camp table provided, RecommendationsMtn bike, RzR 4 seat rentals, Single track and maintenance rd dirt biking, swim, relax and do nothing! explore galore !!! I am an avid outdoorsman and know this area well so just ask and I am happy to help. Other things to notePets are allowed in the front garage area only, no smoking of any kind in the unit or additional cleaning fee will be kept out of deposit. No moving rv location. Generator hrs allowed per day is 4 additional hrs charged at 10$ over per hr.
No roof walking access is allowed. Bunk bed weight limit is 165lbs I am in the process of reinforcing these for adults.

Just returned from a beautiful and family filled week at Steamboat Lake. The camper we rented was spacious, very clean, well equipped and served our family well for an entire 7 days. Family of 5 adults and one 11 month old would gather for coffee early in the mornings inside this home away from home. Days were filled with boating, fishing, games, walks, etc. Our host, Kevin, was always responsive with any questions we had, even as silly as they sometimes seemed :). Our family is looking forward to renting again next year!

We had a great weekend in the keystone outback! Camper was in great condition with a brand new comfortable king size bed. Kevin was great to work with and made drop off and pick up easy! We’d rent again if in the area. Thanks!!
