We absolutely Love this RV! It is very lightweight & easy to tow w/ enough room inside to be comfortable on rainy days-even w/ teenagers!
Queen RV mattress was tossed and replaced with a comfortable memory foam mattress AND memory foam topper for an awesome sleep after a hard day of fun! Rare to see bunk beds offer privacy for kids, guests, or room for extra interior storage! (for that friend who brings suitcases instead of backpacks ;)
The Chaise Dinette can also sleep one and a wind catcher or small air mattress can fit in the floor if necessary!
Rhino Rack on top can store up to 4 kayaks, 6 skies, fishing poles, or 4 snowboards while hitch mount on back can store 4 bikes.
Full-size bathroom with shower for the middle of the night bladder or germaphobes!
Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils, indoor burners, convection microwave, refrigerator, and freezer and outdoor direct line propane grill comes with the camper!
Electric awning keeps you dry, cool, and shaded! Central AC and Heat!
You will need to bring towels, washcloths, toiletries, and sleeping bags/linens for bunks.Book 6 nights - get the 7th night free!
What's includedThis RV comes vacation ready. We try to leave everything in the camper we like to have when we go camping ourselves.
It has 2 loungers, 2 camping chairs, outdoor rug, outdoor fan to keep out the flies, gas grill, grilling utensils, grilling table, utensil caddy with utensils and silverware.
There are pots, pans, dishes, mugs, cups, a few spices, salt and pepper grinders, hand blender, keurig coffee maker, and bagel/toaster.
There is a JBL bluetooth speaker and rechargeable lantern.
There are a few games in the cubby including outdoor yahtzee, giant beer pong, and magnetic darts. Please keep all items together and try to have kids not lose/misplace for the next guest.
We provide cleaning products, RV toilet paper (only toilet paper that does not clog plumbing), one roll of paper towels, and dish soap.
We do provide linens for the queen and bunks upon request.
You should bring towels, wash cloths, beach towels, toiletries, beach chairs, boogie boards, pool noodles, and floats.
Other things to noteWelcome to our Adventure Seeker!!We want you to feel as relaxed as possible on your vacation! Here are some helpful hints about the RV.. Please know you may call or text Chris and I at anytime - even for simple questions! If something seems broken or just not right - feel free to call or text us!

Please show your kids/teens around and teach them these things - this will reduce potential damages significantly. To open and close doors - from the inside, slide the plastic knob and push open the doors using the hard steel part of the handle - do not push through the screen to open the door as it will tear. When using the screen door for fresh air, just simply and gently push the lever down to release and open it.While we don’t require a “no shoes in the RV” policy - it eliminates kids from running in and out as they do not like taking their shoes on and off and keeps you from having to sweep every hour.To open the blinds- there is no chord - so just gently push and pull from the bottom of the blind. To use the toilet - push the pedal ¼ to ½ way down to fill up with water when going #2 - then all the way down to flush.DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING but RV TOILET PAPER down the toilet whatsoever.
To open fridge and freezer - push in tab then pull open.
Other tips for adults -
Grey key opens the front door and cubbies. Silver key opens the outdoor shower.
To open windows, pull middle tab towards you to unlock, then slide.
Turn knob to open exhaust vents - make sure they are closed when leaving the RV. It will rain inside if vents are open.Always roll the awning in when leaving the RV, when going to bed, and if there is any wind. Awnings are easily damaged if not rolled in as requested.Try to remember to lock the cubbies at night and make sure anything valuable is secure when leaving the RV.Dining table legs and table top are beneath the bunks. Legs simply go in holes and table rests on top.Gas stovetop and grill work off the propane tanks. With both, you turn the knobs to the pilot/flame/lite symbol. Gas will turn on. Light with lighter. Please make sure all eyes are turned off after use.For grill - it is a direct line to the propane. There are 2 shut off valves. MAKE SURE they are OFF when finished with the grill as not to infiltrate the air with gas. VERY DANGEROUS!If you aren’t getting gas, make sure the propane tanks are on. If still not working, switch the valve in the middle of the tanks to switch the tank feeding the line as one may be empty. Please try not to lose any silverware. If you notice something is missing from the listing - or if there is something you expected the RV to be stocked with and wasn’t - please tell us by text or write it in the notebook.Periodically, empty the waste tanks - see attached pageThe jets at the naval base eventually do stop between 10-11pm and they are a nice alarm clock in the morning. Just remember- they are the sound of freedom like we VA Beach residents have to remember everyday ;)CHECKING OUT
Please leave the RV exactly as we left it to you, EXCEPT you do not need to launder linens or make beds. Just throw any used bedding (sheets, pillowcases, blankets) onto MBR bed except mattress covers and pillow covers. We have them professionally laundered.
Double/triple check for your personal belongings. Many personal items fall underneath and behind the mattresses. Please lift and look under all beds before leaving.Make sure dishes/small appliances are washed and put away. Wipe everything down with a clorox wipe, including fridge, freezer, stovetop, and microwave. Empty Keurig water.Sweep the floors.Do not put away the chairs, outdoor rugs, etc. We like to rinse them before we put them away, unless towing yourself of course. If you have any cooler ice, you can leave it in a trash bag. After dumping the sewage, we dump the ice in for the haul and it help to rinse the tanks inside. Please let us know - even if it is small - what didn’t meet any expectations or you were slightly disappointed by in a private message so we can address it with future guests. Many times we don’t even know if something small went missing until our own next vacation. Please sign our guestbook and or leave us a nice review on this platform. Let us know something good or funny about your vacation.
We try our best to meet you at your desired checkout time. It usually takes an hour to take down the RV and get it off-site to keep the campground from charging a late checkout fee to your account, so please plan accordingly to avoid that. Allow for 2 hours, if you are taking down and towing yourself.
We give return customers a coupon, so remind us on your next reservation! Now - GO MAKE SOME GOOD MEMORIES!EMPTYING THE WASTE TANKSPeriodically, you will need empty the waste tanks. There is a grey tank - sink and shower water
And 1 black tank - toilet water.
To check the status of the waste tanks, go to the control panel by the LR door.Press and hold the button that says BLK, then GRY - one at a time. One to four lights should come on for each tank showing how full the tank is getting. When 3 to 4 lights come on, dump that tank.To dump the tank, go around to the slide side of the RV and look for the corresponding label.Look just beneath the label under the RV and find the handle.Pull the handle towards you. The tank will empty through the sewage hose.Close the tank by pushing the handle back in.Flush a new deodorizing tablet down the toilet.*When emptying all tanks, empty the black first, then the grey so the grey helps to rinse out sewage left in the hose.
*Sometimes the sensor will still read full after dumping. Usually a piece of toilet paper is caught on the sensor. So just use as normal.
*Always close the tanks. Do not leave open for continuous run as this will cause sewage to dry on the tank walls and inside the hose which will smell and be impossible to clean.
*Some campgrounds will do this for you for a fee @ $15.

Hi!
We love RVing so much we bought 2! Instead of letting them sit in the driveway, we thought we'd share the fun !
We know starting out RVing can be daunting, so it can be easier to rent first so you can decide if its really for you or just experience a certain type of RV before committing to large investment.
We also know vacation time can be very limited and very precious to you, so we offer towing, delivery, and setup as an option for the novice and experienced.
To date we have never cancelled a booking; however, we are cross posted through many venues so please contact us quickly for availability and include the campground, number of travelers, and if you will have pets to save on time and email response.
Thanks for considering our RVs and safe travels!

Heather and chris was amazing to deal with. Super helpful and very pleasant. Made this experience that much more. This RV is perfect for a first timer or if you are not looking to pull something so heavy. Highly recommend.

The Owners Heather and Chris were great: extremely helpful, accommodating, and overall awesome. This 2019 Nobo (22 feet) was perfect for our trip to Misty Mountain. It was easy to pull with my Toyota 4 Runner and the upgrades on the beds had our family sleeping very well. Everything was clean, well organized and user friendly; we had no issues on our trip just good times. Loved the ease of the awning with the LED lights, had one good night just chillin in the rain on our front porch. Would definitely recommend this RV!

Heather was easy to work with, even when we had a last minute scheduling change. The trailer was light and very easy to tow with my Dodge Ram 1500/w tow package. Trailer was easy to set up. The queen bed was so comfortable!
