Outdoorsy guidelines
Your safety and health is key. This host has committed to a thorough cleaning regimen informed by CDC guidelines.
This Coachmen Pursuit class A motor home has everything you need and more to fully enjoy the time you spend away from home. The electric front drop-down bunk provides added sleeping space for family or overnight guests. Plus there is a cockpit table and computer workstation upfront.
Model 27KB features a large passenger side slide out to the left of the entry door which provides a three burner range with overhead microwave oven, a double kitchen sink, refrigerator, and a pantry. This same slide also provides a rear bedroom king size bed with nightstands and overhead storage too. The master bedroom does have a door that closes and provides privacy from the rest of the motor home.
The driver side features an L-shaped dinette with an extension so that it creates a u-shaped bench area for added seating. There is also overhead storage to keep things neatly tucked away when not being used. A 32" TV is mounted just over the entry door making it easily viewable.
A convenient side aisle bath is centrally located and offers a 38" x 24" shower, a toilet, and a vanity with sink including linen storage overhead. Just outside the bathroom, you will find a handy broom closet.
The rear bedroom features plenty of storage with dual wardrobes along the roadside, additional storage between each wardrobe along with a 32" LED TV, plus the king size bed slide out along the curbside provides added walking around space, and nice sleeping space while you travel.

Recommendations
Driving this rig is easier than you can imagine. It has steering assist that keeps you from veering out of your lane during high winds, draft changes and bad road conditions. There are also three cameras (left side, right side, and rear) that are on all the time to give you a 365° view of the entire rig and surroundings while driving!
Other things to note
Things break, it happens. Our biggest request from you is to have a good time, treat the RV as if it were your own, and let us know if anything is inoperable or damaged by you or your guests. The security deposit is there for incidentals, but I would just assume not have to deduct any portion of that from anybody. If something gets damaged, please be upfront and honest, and we’ll figure it out together without having to touch the security deposit if at all possible. I have a guy that can fix anything I can’t for next to nothing. Remedying any and everything as quickly as possible with little or no cost to you is my goal. We use this RV ourselves and like it to be in the best of shape for ourselves and our renters. Accidents happen, wear and tear happens and we understand that.
