Paul was outstanding! Incredibly informative and responsive to questions we had before and during the rental. The RV was exceptionally clean and ready to roll when we arrived for pickup. We encountered a few challenges with hook-up supplies (eg, sewer hose being too short for reasonable use at RV parks and state campground dump stations) in the early stages of our rental, which we readily resolved with Paul's support. This is the only reason we rate our experience 4 vs. 5.

We had a wonderful fun filled week with this travel trailer. Absolutely perfect setup for any couple traveling with their dog. The King size bed was an added bonus along with all the supplies being already on board.
Paul was a delight to work with and patiently walked us through the towing process.
This was our first experience towing a travel trailer with our new truck.
