Honestly, we were disappointed by condition of the trailer, inside and out. The bottom step had a broken weld and handle on outside was loose and wobbly. My husband was coming off a back injury and I have RA so being sure footed is critical. We just prayed no one fell. I spent some time cleaning the shower and mopping the floor as it obviously hadn’t been cleaned well or at all. The cubbies for storage hadn’t been wiped out either., so they were not used.
We appreciated the ease you provided arranging the rental but not with the product.

Floors were very dirty. No phone call prior to delivery as promised. Sloppy hook up. No kitchen supplies or bedding (nor offered)

The RV was beautiful, at first, only a couple minor things, the kitchen faucet was very loose, but worked, the strap securing the master bathroom slider door was broken and the door didn’t stay shut, awkward when privacy was needed. Then on Saturday, the master toilet wouldn’t flush and backed up. Upon investigation, it was discovered, the disposal hose was kinked and laying completely flat, they did not provide a rack to elevate it and for an RV with 2 bathrooms, they did not provide a Y connection and him a second hose for the other bathroom. It was a very stressful day spent trying to get a hold of someone to help us. We were finally assisted by a young man on the phone, who insisted they never hook two hoses up, he did send a nice man who Helped us.

Amber and Dwayne were incredible through the whole process and made renting the Transcend RV from them a breeze! We will definitely continue to use them as our RV rental service. We had a great weekend and the return was easy too! Thanks C3RV!!

Delivery and pickup were first rate. The trailer was very nice. The linen package was perfect and made things much easier. Well worth it, especially if you can reuse the linens at home or in my case on my boat. Perfect solution.
The only comment I would have is that I was a bit surprised that the setup and connection did NOT include the cable for the tv hookup. That just seemed a bit odd. Easily fixed by a short trip to Walmart.
Other than that, the service was first rate. Thank you
