What's included
Keurig coffee maker, dishes, utensils, and basic camping supplies are included. The only things that are NOT included are bed linens and bath towels. If the propane tanks are used for cooking or heat, it is the renter's responsibility to get the tanks refilled prior to end of rental.
Other things to note
Delivery setup and pick up available. Pets are welcome. Cleaning fee will be charged if not cleaned prior to pick-up time. Renter will be notified of charge during pick-up inspection.

I cannot begin to explain how amazing James and the trailer were. James arrived at the time we requested set-up everything and discussed with us the features include. What an amazing RV we had the Taj Mahal of the campsite. Everything from the two refrigerator's and the outdoor kitchen was perfect. A nice big bathroom shower with hot water. The air conditioning during the day and the heater at night. A very comfortable camp-out with luxury. Thank you James hopefully we will see you next year.

Absolutely beautiful trailer! Very comfortable and was everything that we expected it to be. The owner was very accommodating, and took his time to go over the features of the trailer before our trip. I would definitely rent this trailer from this owner again.
