The hosts were kind and friendly but they did not arrive on time (more than an hour later than the latest possible time I was told to expect delivery) and the reason was because they hadn’t dumped the sewage yet. When the camper arrived, it had a very strong smell of raw sewage which never went away. Each time the toilet was flushed the entire camper would flood with such a strong stench that my family could not bear it. The hot water did not work and the camper had not been properly cleaned. We found a handful of Bobby pins on the space next to the bed as well as an old rusty fishing lure which was left on the floor under the dining table 😳. Luckily neither one of my babies found it before we did because they were definitely crawling and playing on the floor. We’re grateful neither of them found it and hurt themselves with it.
The stove also did not work. Pretty sure the propane tanks were completely empty. The owner and his daughter did a good job setting the camper up but I would have a hard time renting this camper again or recommending a friend to for the $400 it cost me for 2 nights. Nice people though.

We had the camper delivered and when we got there the air conditioner was on it was nice and cool he showed me everything before he left I’m very happy with our experience. The camper was very clean.

Overall great experience. Owner communicated drop off and pick up of the RV. Also, refunded the delivery fee since it was on Keystone lake without us even having to ask. Everything was clean and working. We ended up extending our trip an extra day with no problems. Would absolutely rent from them again.

I want to first preface the experience by saying the owners were very responsive to our issues with the camper. Unfortunately propane did not work so no hot water or oven/ stove. The fridge also did not work but they did come out and fix. On top of that the black tank was disgusting and one flush of the toilet and an stench rang out from 300 years ago. Because of the foul stench we were not able to use the toilet.

Amy and her family were exceptional. The RV was clean though I cleaned myself before we "moved" in just because I prefer to.
We had some issues with the hot water and didn't have it for about half our trip. I'm sorry sure if it was operator's error or not but both the propane and electric wouldn't work for only the water. Everything else was totally fine.

Everything was easy. Pick up arrangement was easy. Everything was clean. Water tanks were filled. Overall perfect experience. Will definitely recommend in the Future. A/C was COLD!!

The RV was nice and clean and the renters were very accommodating however the entrance to their property is very narrow and difficult to maneuver in and out with the trailer. While dropping off the RV I clipped the side of the front gate post and damaged one outside storage compartment door and the claim was as much as the rental for the RV. If you have options I would choose another camper.

Amy was great to work with and answered all my questions. Delivered and set up as expected to the race track. Nice cozy place to stay. Only reason for 4 stars is it could have been cleaner, she recognized it immediately and apologized. Just a couple things nothing major.

We had a great experience with Amy and renting her camper. We are looking into buying one so this was a great experience. The bunk house was perfect for the kids. Meeting up with Amy was great we actually arrived at the same time and she was very nice and willing to answer any questions.

It was an amazing trip and Amy as well as her husband were fantastic to work with. It does not have a slide out but there was more then enough room for us to be comfortable sleeping in!

Amy was fantastic to work with! They helped us with last minute issues that were completely our fault, by delivering the trailer when we had trouble towing it! Amy is always quick to respond and very helpful! Wonderful people and trailer!
