Guests love it for comfort

Guest review behind this vibe (5 / 5, August 2026):
> We spent 4 wonderful nights in this trailer at Lake Simtustus. Our host was great! There was a wildfire at the lake a few weeks before and she stayed in constant communication with us in regards to the status. She adjusted her cancelation policy to allow us a refund but luckily the fire never crossed the lake and was put out before our trip so we didn’t need to cancel. She was setting the trailer up when we arrived, gave us a run through and said to call or text her if we needed anything. The trailer was very well stocked. Our party consisted of 7 families and we were 1 of 3 who rented RV’s. Ours was BY FAR the most equipped and our host was definitely the easiest to work with. We had such a great time and as we left the trailer behind I immediately text our host to reserve it for next year. Would definitely recommend Basecamp!
