Camper is winterized mid-October to mid-April.Pick up and Drop off are in ArvadaIf you are looking for a light tow (3,s) with space to sleep 5, then our 2004 Forest River
Flagstaff is for you. While this camper is a bit older as a 2004, the inside is updated and bright
and custom touches have been added to make your trip fun and relaxing!
We stock the trailer with a small tool set, a roadside kit, band-aids, a lantern, flashlight,
measuring cups, limited serving/cooking spoons, a coffee maker, coffee mugs, limited pots and
pans, silverware, plates, bowls and cups. **All of these are considered extras and are not part of
the rental cost. We will not guarantee that all of these items will be in stock as sometimes people
inadvertently walk off with supplies from our trailer.** .We will provide hitch and sway bar. You will need a trailer brake and tow package (2” receiver
and 7 way electric hookup). You are welcome to bring pets, but no smoking inside the trailer
please.Renter must have 2" receiver, 7 way electric plug, and trailer brake. We will provide all
necessary towing hardware.We do a thorough check for damage prior to your departure. Once the camper is in your
possession, any damage that occurs becomes your financial responsibility. We document any
damage or malfunction of the camper prior to your departure. If anything is damaged or
malfunctioning when you return that was intact when you departed, you are responsible for the
cost of the damage whether it was your own accident, a visitor that caused damage, wildlife
(such as a bird flying into the camper while driving), an act of nature (such as wind or hail), or
any other event that caused a need for repairTrailer for use with 30 amp hookups only. This camper can run off a generator, however the a/c
won't run longer than 5 minutes even with a 4000 watt generator. We have no idea why, nor does
the mechanic we hired to look at it. Also, we have removed the awning on this trailer due to it
being old and difficult to extend. We may have a shade canopy you can use during the trip.WHY Rent With US?

We operate as a full-service RV rental management company with nearly 40 locations nationwide! All of our campers are privately owned. We even deliver and set up at the destination of your choice and walk thru the camper with you to make sure you're all set for fun.

Rules of the Road: We hope you'd treat our RV the same way you'd treat your own vehicle. First and foremost, don't do anything illegal or that might get you or someone else hurt. This includes climbing on the roof of the RV. Also, there is a strict no smoking policy that must be adhered to. If evidence of smoking inside the rental is found, MCR reserves the right to charge up to $750 to PROPERLY clean, treat and disinfect. If you prefer to pick up or return an RV earlier or later than scheduled on your reservation an additional fee will be applied if that time is available. If If you're towing or driving an RV then you must dump/empty the septic before return. You should bring the unit back cleaned from your trip or additional fees apply. All drivable rentals include partial free mileage. If you go over your contracted amount, you will be charged per mile. Renters must be 25 years of age or older and hold a valid driver's license. We do not give refunds for early returns. Please be aware the protection package purchased is for the rental reservation period is an excess policy. This means a claim must be filed with the renter’s primary auto insurance carrier first to see if coverage is available through their personal auto policy. If your carrier denies the claim, then Outdoorsy protection plan purchased by the renter would then be updated as the primary coverage for this claim.
