Robert's van was exactly as advertised, and ideal for the trip with my young daughter. It really is a great camping vehicle for 2-4 people, and is the perfect size for parking spaces as well. Great owner, great van. Highly recommend.

Robert and his wife were lovely, He was great and very informative and very easily in touch when you needed anything. The RV is great it is nimble and easy to drive. This the best small size RV on the market it has two lounges and two bedrooms. You will not be disappointed renting this.

We had a wonderful time with Robert's van around California! The van is exactly as described, very well mantained and communication with Robert was very easy, he was very clear when explaining van features and also very supportive in case of doubts during the road trip! When back to California, we will definitely contact him again! it was a real pleasure to meet you Robert, we'll wait for you and your family in Italy!

We had a wonderful trip to Sequoia National Park. This was perfect size for maneuvering through the winding alpine roads and allowing out family of 5 (three young girls) to have some comforts (warm shower, cooktop, and comfortable beds). Definitely would rent again.

Robert was great in communicating and enabled us to have a great vacation with easy pickup and drop off. He had informative videos as an intro and on pickup he gave us all the little details on the little quirks that all vehicles have, just so we wouldn’t have any surprises. It ran smoothly and everything was super clean and worked well. He made a lot of little upgrades to the RV so it felt even more updated. RV was in great shape and we had ZERO unexpected issues. Our trip was great- would highly recommend using!

This review is long overdue. My family and I rented it back in November and had an absolutely amazing time! Robert and his wife were super helpful and accommodating. We had some questions while on the road and Robert always responded right away. The vehicle was very clean and met all our needs. Our trip included driving up the mountain to Sequoia National Park for the day and the van handled all the twists and turns of that road easily. We were able to fit 2 car seats and it was great to have 2 beds for everyone to sleep comfortably. The heater also kept us warm on some chilly nights. We were never plugged in to shore power yet always had plenty of power for the fridge, microwave, charging phones, etc. In an otherwise sad and boring year my kids had a blast and wouldn't stop taking about our camper van adventure for months! Thank you for the great time!

Met up with our adult children for vacation and to see if a campervan might be a purchase in our future. As we are used to backpacking and sleeping in a tent, Robert's van was quite the treat! Spotless, comfortable, easy to drive/park and no questions came up during trip because of Robert's thorough orientation to all the bells and whistles prior to the trip. Drove up several curvy mountain roads with significant elevation gain. No issues going up or coming down! Our 6 ft 2 inch sons loved being able to fully stretch out in the pop-up loft tent! As stated in the description, couldn't find another van with as much for the price. Would definitely rent again because of the rig and the owners! Thanks to the family for trusting us with their van!

Fantastic experience renting from Robert and Sarah! The Hymer Aktiv is in excellent condition. Comfortably fit our family of four on our winter desert adventure. We were able to “stretch out” between the different areas of the camper — between the main cabin, the rear bed and the loft. The roll up pantry and small fridge kept enough food and snacks for four days. The heater kept us warm during the chilly nights. Only drawback was the bathroom is small, even for RV standards, but adequate when nature calls. Overall, given the smooth ride and hassle-free rental, it allowed our family to focus on the most important part of the trip — enjoying our time together. We hope to rent from Robert and Sarah again on our next camping adventure!

Robert was extremely helpful right from the start - through the rental process to explaining in detail and with patience all the features of the Camper. We thoroughly enjoyed our mini vacation and the camper was extremely comfortable to drive and for overnight stays. Robert was always reachable and helpful and accommodating to our requests on flexible pickup and drop off times. With this great experience we will surely rent from Robert again.

Our trip in Robert's RV was incredible. We went from the LA area up to Big Sur and Back. The RV had all the amenities you could need while glamping and served our group of 4 adults very well, although we should have packed less. He gave us a very thorough walk-thru and was super responsive when I had questions during the trip. Would absolutely rent from Robert again.

Robert and his Class B were awesome. The vehicle was easy to drive, easy to setup, and had all of the comfort amenities you’d only expect from a bigger vehicle. Our favorite feature was the pop-up loft. We woke up and fell asleep to amazing views!

Robert was very responsive and this Campervan is absolutely the best. The small size is easy to drive yet it’s packed full of awesome amenities. Two full size beds. We took it to Big Sur with our two young kids and everyone had a blast. I’d rent it again in a heartbeat, that is if I don’t just go and buy one myself!!

Robert and his camper van are both top notch. We drove the camper van across the country and had a great trip. Robert was very responsive and helpful with any questions along the way. This being our first camper van experience he made us feel very comfortable. The van was slightly more than others we looked at on outdoorsy but worth it for the reliability of a low mileage vehicle and the fact that it has shoulder belts in the back seat. This safety feature gave us peace of mind that was well worth the price. Also the beds were very comfy and we slept well. We will rent from Robert again in the future.

Had a WONDERFUL trip in Robert's RV. He was very patient and made himself available at all hours to talk us through challenges (when we forgot the directions or just couldn't figure out which way a knob was supposed to pull or turn.) The RV was awesome and so well designed. Big enough that our family of 4 was comfortable but small enough that i wasn't too intimidated to drive it. A great experience, I will rent from Robert again!

Robert was accommodating from the start and was flexible in regards to pick up and drop off. He knew the van inside and out which was evident in the very thorough walk through that made the trip much easier the van was clean and everything was well maintained and taken care of. There was everything that one would need to hit a weekend down the beach’s. We’ll use it again as it fit our families needs well. Robert was super helpful when we reached out and communicative upon our return.

I had the van for three days and drove up and down between Venice Beach and Malibu and camped on the beach at Point Mugu. The whole process was seamless, thanks to this app and Robert's communication. The van was clean and stocked with everything we needed. It was in good condition and there were no problems with the van. Robert was totally professional and gave great instructions on the van, including the online videos. There were some minor issues with the van (some knobs were broken, one screen was broken), but didn't take away from the experience at all. The whole experience living in the van for a few days felt luxurious and comfortable (by van life standards, of course).

Family of 5 met up with a group of friends and family just north of Santa Barbara to Refugio for the weekend. Robert’s camper van was a perfect fit us. I found the van to be very clean and easy to drive. 2 adults slept in the back with a mattress that was nice and comfortable. I used the heating system as well for one of the nights as the wind kicked up so it ended being fairly cold. Heating system worked great. Would recommend you view his YouTube videos in advance (doesn’t take too long btw) to just get more familiar with the vehicle. All in all it worked out great and would definitely rent again. It couldn’t have been much easier. Robert and Sarah made the whole thing go very well. The instructional videos they sent us prior to the trip were excellent. The RV was in perfect condition and they explained everything again very clearly once we arrived so that it was easy to operate, and the trip was hassle free. Had an absolutely wonderful experience with Robert and his Hymer RV. Robert is very detailed and sent me videos to watch before I went to pick up the van. He gave me lots of tips which came in handy when we were camping. This van is great for a family of 4 and the lot is an extra bonus that you don't see in many camper vans. Van is well taken care of and very easy to drive with great gas-mileage! Highly highly recommend!

Wonderful experience all around. We had a group of 3 adults traveling through the sierra mountain range. The hymer aktiv was very spacious and comfortable, handled the mountain terrain well and got great gas mileage for a class B. Robert and Sarah are great! They are very hospitable and made the rental process easy as can be.

We are so happy to have chosen this RV! You get all the pros of its compact size (driving, parking, fuel consumption,...) plus all the functionality of its modern design. Perfect for 2 adults+2 kids. The lithium batteries and inverter worked flawlessly providing more power we could consume (with 0 noise). The RV was radiantly new (it had less than 600 miles when we picked it up) and clean to the detail. Robert was super fast and responsive when you needed him (if you ever will!). I would strongly recommend this option, you won't regret it! Thanks a lot Robert!

Great trip! The camper van was impeccably clean and well organized with everything we needed. The loft was so cool and much roomier than I had expected. Easy to drive and reassuring to have the backup camera, plus we were able to park it at the supermarket no problem. Also really appreciated the whole new battery system idea because we could charge everything up without a noisy generator. Robert was very welcoming and kind. He patiently explained how all the RV stuff worked and was available on his cell when we had a question. We didn’t end up bringing our dog but he said we could have. Will definitely rent from him again over the summer. Thanks Robert!
