Great experience renting this RV. We had it for 5 weeks in the summer and being new to the RVing asked a lot of questions and were (overly) prepared. Liz was very patient and helpful and stayed in touch with us throughout the trip.

Do expect that on long trips something can go wrong, but when it does, the Outdoorsy support and this owner would come to the rescue in the fairest way possible. Overall -- a great learning experience. We are hooked now.

Awesome experience, all around! This was our first RV experience and Liz and Colin provided excellent instructions for a successful and fun journey. The RV was in excellent condition, well stocked with every amenity needed, super comfortable bed, and the list goes on... Would definitely rent from them again! 5 Stars all around!

This was our second time renting from Liz and Colin. It’s so super easy to rent from someone local. RV was in great shape, felt safe traveling a long distance. RV was stocked with everything we needed and plenty of storage. RV also had “just in case” tools and a large area rug- thoughtful. Liz was very thorough explaining how everything works. Colin was super quick to respond to any questions we had. They made our trip super easy and successful. We will definitely rent again from them.

The rv was perfect for our family (2 adults and 2 teens). It swallows up a ton of gear in the outside storage and plenty of room for food and clothes for a week in the inside storage. It was really comfortable to hang out, cook and sleep in and easy to drive.

It was our first rv trip and it’s so easy compared to putting up a tent every night. Liz was great to work with - the whole experience was a 10!

Mountain Bike Mecca Downieville is only 45min north of Truckee! You can book a shuttle bus to the top and ride the whole way down. Hike to the top of the Sierra Buttes Fire Outlook for amazing views!

Great spot in Truckee to stay. Close to lots of activities, and easy in/out. Donner Lake and Lake Tahoe are 15 / 30 mins away respectively. There's also Prosser & Stampede lakes close by.

Epic sandwiches at Truckee favorite Deli. I recommend the Dirka Dirka on Jalapeno Cheddar bread. Soooo Goood.

Burger Me has been on the Food Channel and serves up some awesome eats. Parking is tricky depending on the time of day. We suggest parking next to the roundabout next to the train tracks if in the RV

Convenient dump station right off of I80 in Truckee, they also have propane and a full gas station/food shop.

Coachland is a great RV park located in Truckee that works in a pinch for either Propane or as a dump station. It's a great place to stay nearby as well. Close access to everything Truckee!
