Owner is extremely helpful setting up the rental and through going through the check-out process. The RV was well stocked for the traveler coming in from out-of-town with full dining and cooking utensils. This was our first RV adventure and it was a great learning experience.

This was our first time "glamping" and we enjoyed it tremendously because this vehicle was perfect for us. We received two hours of thorough instructions on the camper and did a test drive. The owner's rep was always very responsive even while we were away and needed to call with a question. The shower was great, bathroom worked perfectly, lots of storage space and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Pots/pans, kitchen utensils are provided and the BluRay DVD player was a nice thing to have since where we camped there was no TV service. Surround sound makes it even better. Fridge was large enough to hold a gallon of milk and many other items. Engine ran great even up steep roads and the a/c unit worked great too!

Comfortable, spacious with pop out, and easy to use. Has features not found on RentAmerica RV’s. Owner’s agent is responsive. Adequately equipped kitchen; has housekeeping supplies.

We had a wonderful time! It was nice to be in a place with a bathroom and heat while we were in the Grand Canyon where it was quite cold! Then we were in Tucson where it was hot, and having air conditioning was essential. We had enough room to entertain seven family members after dark so we could all comfortably be together. The kitchen was complete with everything we needed to use. The bed was very comfortable. That really surprised me because I am so fussy about my mattresses.
Driving the camper was like driving a pick-up truck. I just had to take corners wide and slow. Not a problem. I am proud to say that when I had to back it into a camping spot, I was able to do it on the first try. Mirrors are wonderful! We were given excellent instruction in how to fill and dump all the necessary tanks. We had to use the generator in Grand Canyon since there are no hook-ups and one two hour charging would give us enough power for the whole day and night.
One thing I would recommend is to have the instructions for using the generator and the dumping written in a manual that we could refer to. My husband and I had several conversations, at first, on how to do things. We ;put together what both of us remembered from the two hour training.
It was a very comfortable trip. This was our first time every using an RV and probably won't be our last!
