Great experience! The RV is new, in perfect condition with three very comfortable beds ( the table also folds down if needed). Jeremy was easy to communicate with and had the RV set up with the a/c running, the awning rolled out and a large outdoor table was set up with a large outdoor rug under it. Also furnished we’re nice outdoor chairs, dishes, linens and a good coffee maker. There is lots of storage in bins under the trailer.

Jeremy was very easy to deal with. His camper was perfect for our weekend get away! Comes pretty well set up to camp minus the food you want. Would definitely recommend and use again!

The Keystone Hideout was great! Had everything we needed for a weekend at Suwannee. Jeremy had everything ready for us and setup. All we had to do was show up and camp!

We rented the Hideout over the Christmas holiday while camping at Reed Bingham State Park. Jeremy and Lola were awesome to work with and we would highly recommend renting their Hideout! Jeremy was very easy to communicate with and quick with replies, which was appreciated. He also met us at the agreed upon times. Thank you for such great service! The Hideout was very clean, everything worked very well, and it was very comfortable for our family of four. The kids loved the bunks and the pull out bed was very comfortable. The Hideout also had a great first aid kit, which I used when I hurt my hand while camping. The Hideout was fully stocked with everything you will need. There were plenty of kitchen supplies, storage, and extras like garbage bags, soaps, chairs, grill, and an extra table. The extra table really came in handy while camping. Our kids love electronics so we brought an extra extension cord, which worked really well for the RV. If we didn’t have it, there still would have been plenty of outlets for everyone. We had trouble getting the oven to light, but a quick youtube video solved the problem. The TV in the Hideout worked well too. If we ever go camping in south Georgia again, we will be sure to rent the Hideout. Thank you!!

We had a wonderful experience in the Hideout. Very clean and the perfect size for a small family. It had everything we needed and was set up and broken down for us. All we had to do was show up and enjoy. :)

The camper was great and very clean. We took it to the races for several days and our family had a blast . Jeremy and Lola were great to work with and responded to messages right away. If you're looking into this camper, go for it, you won't regret it.

Be Careful! Didn't come with a generator- it's fine, we used our own. We paid $100 for standard delivery/pickup and they only dropped off. Upon delivery their driveway was very sloped and the leveling element scrubbed when backing in the camper (couldn't be helped) and they took the entire $500 deposit for a $100 damage (that would've been avoided had they picked up like paid for to begin with). All in all- the camper was ok, the experience was negative. We rented from another party during the same weekend and everything went off without a hitch! 5 star service from that provider!

The posting states that we do not provide a generator. The renters verified this after already booking and chose to rent anyhow. Renters damaged the camper while backing up. The security deposit of $500 was taken because in addition to the damage outside, the renters allowed pets in the camper AGAINST stated policy. The animal cause significant damage and several sets of linen as well as a mattress needed replaced. On top of all that the black water tank was left full and needed dumped. We provided extensive pictures and replacement costs to Outdoorsy and were more than justified in keeping the whole security deposit. We take pride in the cleanliness and condition of our camper these renters should be ashamed.
