With its spacious interior that has a large dining table with seating for 4 and a cozy couch, there is plenty of room for everyone to hang out and play some cards or a favorite board game. The full-length led-lit automatic awning expands the living space and the Bluetooth Stereo keeps the party going all the way up to "quiet time", with this RV you can explore the great outdoors without sacrificing the comforts of your home.
From scenic road trips to camping under the stars, our Outback is the perfect home base for all your family's adventures. With the 30AMP service, 2- 20# propane tanks, and water/sewer hook-up you'll have all the comforts you need, The fully equipped kitchen with propane range, oven, large sink, and refrigerator, Keurig, and waffle iron, is a great space to cook up those family camping classics. Comfortable sleeping arrangements include a King size bed, the couch, and the table convert into separate full-size beds and there are (2) twin-size bunks at the nose of the trailer that each support 300#. The bathroom is equipped with a shower/tub and dual flush toilet.
For "Boondocking" the RV has Large holding tanks for Freshwater, Greywater, and Blackwater. The (2) 20# propane tanks will heat the water and keep the fridge cold. You'll need a generator to run anything more than the lights and we have one that can be rented for an additional $50.

Recommendations
There are many places to explore within a few hours of the pick-up location. 30 minutes away is Battleground lake state park, and we are an hour away from Merwin, Swift, and Yale reservoirs. A bit further down the road 2 hours, you can be in the sand at Long Beach or in the snow at Mt. Hood.
Other things to note
Remember the only bedding is on the King bed, we suggest sleeping bags for all other beds.
If you are camping without an electrical hookup you will need a generator we suggest 3000W minimum, if you do not have a generator that is capable we have one to rent for an additional $50.
Please Dump the RV before returning it. A $100 dump fee will be withheld from the deposit if the RV is returned and not dumped. There is a map of dump locations in the handbook.
Please be respectful and honest if any damage happens no matter how minor please let us know.
Please treat this RV as if it was your own.

Great host, very quick to respond and helped us with a last minute reservation! Super clean trailer in good condition. Kitchen supplies provided for cooking, broom for keeping floors clean, very thoughtfully arranged. Table bed is longer than most, bunks are cozy for kids. Only downside is largest bed mattress wasn’t very comfortable- would recommend host add a mattress topper to it. We loved the trailer layout and working with the host!

No, This is a very simple-to-use RV. Really just plug in and play once you get it parked.
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
There is a 30AMP service on the RV, we have an adapter for a 50AMP connection and a Surge protector to protect the electrical components,
There is a Freshwater Hookup and Freshwater Holding tank, we provide a 30 ft freshwater hose with a filter.
There is a Sewer hookup and we provide a 15-foot sewer hose.
