Melissa responded quickly and answered all my questions to make our RV trip happen. The RV super clean and everything in it was well taken care of. Would definitely take another trip using this RV

This RV was great! The owners are wonderful people - very responsive and helpful. The RV is extremely clean and top notch in all respects. At 23 ft., the RV was big enough for our family of four, but also easy to drive and park. Highly recommend this RV!

If we could give more stars for cleanliness, we would. RV was in excellent condition, owners were only a phone call/text away when we had questions and they were just really nice to work with. They even gave us personalized welcome and thank you notes. It was a great trip! We would not hesitate to book this RV again.

This has been one of our best vacation experiences so far. Melissa her family were exceptional! So kind and very through. I would definitely recommend this RV. Remember there will be Insurance, tank cleaning fees, and tax added to the invoice along with the rental.

Unfortunately, the trip did not go as planned. There was a problem with the generator that was unforeseen. As a result, we had to cut our trip short. Melissa handled the problem appropriately and we returned the RV. She refunded the full amount of the rental. Overall, the RV was perfect for our needs and it was unfortunate that we had the problem. I am writing a positive review as I do think that Melissa was very easy to work with and I believe that we would have had a very good experience if we did not have the mechanical problem. Melissa even showed us the recent service on the generator showing that they are on top of keeping the RV functioning well.

Friendly, informative and accommodating. These are wonderful owners, and you will be very pleased.As a family, we’ve been talking about going on an RV vacation for years. Our son was turning 14, we asked him what he wanted for his birthday, and he said he wanted to go camping as a family. How can you say no to that, am I right? But we had never rented an RV before, and were completely baffled on where to start. A quick Google search brought up Outdoorsy. As first time RVers, we were dubious to say the least.As the date approached, we coordinated a time for delivery. Given the COVID-19 pandemic we were naturally very concerned with cleanliness and certain precautions. The RV was spotless. She was very accommodating. She and her brother showed up with masks, which was very important to us. They walked us through the in and outs of the RV, took the time to answer our questions, and gave us much needed advice.
