We have 5 of this model available for delivery only. All models are 5 years and newer. Sleeps 5 comfortably, up to 7. This is a 30 foot trailer with slide out which makes the living room area nice and big. It has a private master bedroom with a Queen size bed. Triple bunks with twin size beds in the rear, TV/DVD, A/C and furnace, electric awning, and microwave. The refrigerator operates off of propane or electric. Propane is included. Solar equipped, but you will still need a generator if you are in a non-hookup site.**This is the only model that holds over 100 gallons of Fresh Water ** 2 grey water holding tanks for a total of 75 gallons & 1 black holding tank of 40 gallons. The additional fresh water and solar make this model ideal for non-hookup RV Camp sites.Our trailers come with essential kitchen items such as a pot, pan and coffee maker, but they do NOT include: pillows, linens, towels, plates, bowls, cups or utensils. We are a family owned business making camping easier with luxury trailer delivery services. We rent and deliver quality vacation trailers to your campground or home. A delivery time will be pre-determined. During that time a thorough “walk through” on how everything works will be completed. You can relax and enjoy your vacation without the headaches of driving an RV or towing a trailer. We are based in Ventura CA and deliver to campgrounds between Malibu and Santa Barbara.

There is NO SMOKING in any of the Trailers. If the Trailer is returned with any kind of smoking odor, it will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit plus any additional charges incurred in cleaning and or repair.

The trailer was delivered at the time and place promised. Trailer was clean and in good working order. I definitely would use this company again. The only reason for the reduction to 4 stars is because of where the trailer was put down by the delivery driver. We were to meet at 1:00. I arrived at 1:05 and he had already unhitched from trailer and had it set up so I didn’t have the heart to tell him to do it all over again. Most people parking at the Rincon are careful to use the maximum beach front area they have, and he left more space on the street side than on the beach front side. I regretted not speaking up, as there was quite a ledge where the pavement ended on the beach front side, and it was treacherous, especially at night. Other than that, he was very gracious and took the time to answer any questions I had. Thank you .
