The trailer was delivered at the time and place promised. Trailer was clean and in good working order. I definitely would use this company again. The only reason for the reduction to 4 stars is because of where the trailer was put down by the delivery driver. We were to meet at 1:00. I arrived at 1:05 and he had already unhitched from trailer and had it set up so I didn’t have the heart to tell him to do it all over again. Most people parking at the Rincon are careful to use the maximum beach front area they have, and he left more space on the street side than on the beach front side. I regretted not speaking up, as there was quite a ledge where the pavement ended on the beach front side, and it was treacherous, especially at night. Other than that, he was very gracious and took the time to answer any questions I had. Thank you .

I was a little disappointed with the rental this year. The RV had a smell that was making me sick. I had to buy a candle and air freshener to help with the smell. There was a spider web on the window by the table. On the top bunk there was a bottle of some sort of seasoning. I felt I was not very clean RV. I feel that for the price I paid I should have been given a newer model as well. The RV is pretty outdated.
