2019 keystone hideout bunkhouse has a queen in the front and full bunk beds in the back. They’ll easily fit 4 kids or two couples. The dinning room table can sleep another person if needed (I did not count this as a place to sleep, you can and it will easily sleep another person or two small kids) . There’s a full shower in the back and one outdoor shower. Functioning stove and oven. There’s an Ac unit along with a portable heater that is more than capable to heat the entire trailer. Two wardrobe cabinets near the master bed and a pantry closet near the stove. Additional storage under the master bed. We have a water filter that we will include to help filter water to the trailer if hooked up.
What's included
We can provide sheets and blankets for the beds as well as towels. There’s two adult outdoor chairs as well as two kids chairs available for no additional costs. We’ll provide special toilet paper for the trailer. There’s a pot and pan to use, a coffee maker and some cutting boards. There is a set of four washable plates/ bowls/ and mixing bowls. Included are a dozen or so solo cups as well as napkins. We’ll assume you’ll be doing full hookups. But if not we’ll require additional $40.00 to dump the waste tanks.
Recommendations
We love flying flags in buellton and ventura Koa is nice. If you can swing to get reservations at any of the beach spots it’s always a plus. Just recently visited Cava in Paso Robles and it might be our favorite so far.
Other things to note
Please do not smoke in our trailer. We enjoy making memories too and have two small children so smoking is not an option. We will accommodate for service dogs when needed.

Courtney and Ben were great hosts. The RV was amazing and they checked in a few times to make sure we had everything we needed.

Amazing! The owners went above and beyond to get the RV set up for us and make it comfortable. The RV was clean and spacious- however there were only 3 of us in it. The owners was responsive to questions we had through the week. We dry camped at the beach and had everything we could need. This felt like a deluxe model and we are hoping to use it again next year!

We had a few hiccups in the beginning, but the owners were so responsive and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great trip, which we did! The layout of the RV was perfect for our family of 4. My kids liked the bigger double bunk beds and the queen bed was very comfortable. We would definitely rent from them again.

We had such an amazing experience in this RV. Our host Courtney was so helpful and accommodating! So much was included in our rental! The RV itself was perfect for our family of four. It was very well kept and clean. I’m a picky person about cleanliness and this RV and host met me at my level of cleanliness and perfection. Courtney and her husband were very punctual and great about communicating if and when I had questions. They even let me Instacart food and beverage to prestock the RV. Such amazing service. This host sets up the RV like hotel room. All stocked and ready to go!! Also the outdoor fridge, sink, and stovetop were very useful. If I need to rent another RV I’d use them again for sure!!! Thank you Courtney for being so helpful!!! I was a newbie at the RV life and this was a great experience all around!
