JonPol is a very nice, gentle, patient and informative person. He was very punctual in replying to my questions and all were resolved fast...Van is super nice. It takes a couple of days to get to understand all the functions but afterwards it become a part of your anatomy...we covered 845miles in 8 days. My kids (12 yr old twins) loved the experience to the point it was hard to convince them to leave the van and do the trails haha!

JP was the easiest, most communicative host and his Sprinter was PRISTINE. We rented from JP for a local production and used the sprinter as our Basecamp. The full bathroom was a major plus but my god did this thing make me want to take a loan and get one for myself. The creature comforts coupled with pure utility are awesome and JP has done an impeccable job keeping up with this thing. I thought it was brand new when I first met with him only to learn he's had it a few years. Don't waste your time with others and rent his!

Vehicle is clean and dialed - it's obvious that the host Jonpaul cares about the details. At our campsite, fellow campers wanted to come over and check it out. Communication with Jonpaul before the trip, and during the trip, was excellent - responses to questions were instant.

This was a great 'first-time' experience! This was the first time my dog and I have gone on an RV adventure. JonPaul was very helpful in explaining everything about his Revel, how things worked, and suggestions for a safe and uneventful trip. He was complete in every aspect of explaining how things in the van worked and was available during the entire trip to help if I needed anything. It was a great learning adventure and I can't wait to do it all again! Thanks, JP!

It was great working with Jp! He is very communicative which is wonderful. I loved many features of his Sprinter. For my son and I to go on a weekend camping trip, it was the perfect fit. Some favorite features: easy to drive, magnetic bug screens, window covers, underbed storage, 4x4, and the Sprinter color. Additionally I very much appreciated the Van was brought to me in new condition. No crumbs or dirt anywhere. Out of respect, I felt the need to return the favor with sweeping out the Van. This was my first rental experience with Outdoorsy and because it was so positive, we will rent again. I'd rent from Jp again too! The only part I didn't fully appreciate is how Outdoorsy handles post-trip costs. Renter will have additional fees upon return. This isn't at the fault of the Owner, simply the way Outdoorsy handles some fees. Again, this isn't a complete bad thing; just a call-out for those interested in hearing both the good and bad. If considering renting this vehicle from Jp, please do. He's an outdoorsman who values his Revel!

Jonpaul is Wonderful , communication was excellent , he was available anytime we had a question regarding the revel , he had maintained his vehicle as if it just came out of the lot, very clean when we picked it up , and was the most reasonably price within the LA county area , we would loved to rent from him again in the future.

Absolutely incredible experience from start to finish! The host JP’s only concern was to make our trip easy and enjoyable! He was very thorough pre trip to make sure we understood all aspects of the Van’s functions, he was ready at all times during the trip to answer any and all questions, and he was very accommodating post trip! Making sure that our vacation was truly a vacation!.. Oh, not to mention the beautiful van that is the by far the best camper on the road! Perfect for a small family! Definitely coming back for our next adventure!

Before this trip, we were tent campers, but the Revel changed our minds! Nothing like driving this RV which was very easy, and just parking in our campsite. The Revel was white glove spotlessly clean, full of great features, lots of storage room. Very comfortable for two. JP was so easy to work with and a gem of a guy. Rent this van and you’ll regret nothing but the end of your trip. Oh, be prepared to be a celebrity, too. People stopped us in the campground and in parking lots asking us how we liked the Revel. Jonpaul is an experienced host who keeps the 2020 4x4 Mercedes Revel extremely clean & in impeccable working order. This rig in particular basically drives easy like a car & has a small enough size to easily get into campsites / small RV spots. We had a blast!

JP was really easy to deal with, responded very quickly to all our communications. Was very clear and even bought a brand new barbecue for us to take on the trip.

Amazing experience with Jonpaul and his pristine Revel.
Jonpaul was super accommodating, a lightning-fast communicator and always available to answer questions. The van was a breeze to drive. Everything worked to perfection and it was extremely clean (“as new” basically). I couldn’t recommend Jp or his van more highly.

Had a great time with the Revel. It's easy to drive, and has everything you need for off-grid camping. JP's Revel is spotless, and he is fantastic to deal with - very responsive, helpful, and did a great job explaining the ins and outs of the rig.

The Mercedes Sprinter Revel 4x4 is a great vehicle. As it is the standard length of a Sprinter van (around 19'), it is great to handle and fun to drive. Living in it is great too, as it has everything you need. We did not need the typical hookup a regular RV requires, as the van has solar, so we were able to cook and to keep the fridge running without external power. We loved driving and living in it.
Jonpaul is a great host. He keeps his van well maintained and clean, and he answered our questions quickly while we were on the road.
We very much recommend Jonpaul and his Revel "Tom".

My girlfriend and I just returned from a 10 day, 1600 mile RV trip to Mt. Lassen Nat. Park which was splendid!! This was our first RV trip & we both found Jonpaul’s Revel easy to drive and really comfortable. Only issue was in a strong wind we got buffeted a bit, but otherwise it was a breeze. The Revel is really well designed & easy to figure out how things work after JP’s walk-through. Parks in a single car space. Bed was very comfortable (I’m 5’10” & didn’t touch the walls), cooking and cleaning not luxurious but totally adequate for car camping. Surprisingly the Fridge fits a lot. Toilet is great to have onboard and easy to dump without a hookup (best find an outhouse). We had tons of room for our stuff including all our gear and a bike-wagon for the dog inside. E-bikes on a rack on back fit great with JP’s 2” extender. We can’t wait for our next trip with JP's Revel!!
