sudden issue with the battery connection to the campervan battery charger. The renters opted to end their trip 2 days early and were refunded accordingly. After returning, we discovered the issue and were able to make the full repair. Upon van inspection, it was discovered that there was a small item missing, in which we opted to have reflected on the damage deposit at the cost of $67 to have it replaced for future renter use.
