I love camping with my wife, Stacey and our kids. We love heading out to lakes and ponds where the kids can play in the water and go paddle boarding. Our favorite spots include Tibblefork Reservoir, in American Fork Canyon, Lake Powell, and St. George. We are looking forward to Lake Powell and Payson lakes this year!

We had a great experience. Ryan was very easy to work with, reasonable, and helpful. He was honest, fair and clearly communicated expectations for the pick up and drop off of the RV. He also was extremely available for questions during our trip. I would have no concerns renting from Ryan at all and the other negative reviews do not make sense to me based on my experience.

Had a trip booked but then was cancelled with no explanation. Made it hard on us because we had to rent another RV close to our trip date and prices had gone up.

This was not a great experience. Ryan did not provide the RV that he is representing online. We showed up to get the RV and were informed after signing all the paperwork and when leaving that the awning was not in working condition. He had 2 chances the day prior to mention that the awning was broken when we spoke with him on the phone yet he said nothing. In addition to the awning, there were several drawers, cabinets, the ladder latches over the cab, and locks on exterior storage cabinets that were all broken and were not in proper working condition and would not stay closed during transit. We actually ended up spending money to have one of the locks replaced to keep the exterior TV from getting broke due to a faulty lock on that storage compartment. We were not reimbursed.
Upon returning the RV, we had detailed it inside and out. Made sure we thoroughly dumped all the tanks. He had signed off that it was clean and good to go. He even sent me a personal text that it was all good with a copy of all the paperwork. 48 hours later, I received a message that he had re-inspected and found multiple things that he was now billing me for. He charged $25 to wipe up salt and pepper out of a drawer. $75 to dump the black water tank, that he had previously signed the paperwork that it was empty. Also $7.60 for a fill spout that got mixed up in our belongings that we said we could return. All of these charges are currently being disputed. I let Outdoorsy know he is still listing the RV with an awning even though it is broken. I keep checking and he is still listing his RV with an awning even though he personally told us it would be “AT LEAST 6 weeks” until it was fixed. We rented from August 6 – 13 and today is only the 23rd.
I would never rent from this guy again unless you want to pay for something that is not truly represented on the listing.

We rented Ryan's RV for the entire month of May, 2018. Ryan was flexible as to the distance and locations we wanted to drive his RV, easy to deal with, reasonable, honest person. Responded fairly quickly when texting. Responsive when problems arose. Very fair on price. Motivated to make his rental business a success.
