We've installed a Bluetooth stereo, so you'll have your favorite music at your fingertips, along with your audiobooks or podcasts.Many owners nickel and dime their renters by charging extra for linens, kitchen sets, towels, etc... We're big fans of all-inclusive resorts and we've tried to apply that philosophy here. We include bedding, towels, plates/cups, camping chairs, a bin of frisbees/balls for play, etc...Do you want a relaxing vacation? We've got what you need.The ducted AC will keep you cool throughout the RV, and the 5.1 surround sound Hdtv will keep you and your party entertained. The layout is spacious in travel mode, but downright palatial with the slideout extended.It's also equipped with self-leveling hydraulic jacks! One of the biggest frustrations that RVers have is trying to level their rigs on blocks, backing on and off of them. With this, you pull up, hit a button, and the rig levels itself. Easy-peasy!If you're looking for a worry-free and peaceful vacation, this RV is for you.We do not rent for Burning Man.

Our whole goal is to make your RV rental experience easy, relaxing, and fun. To that end, we ensure that the RV is ready to roll when you show up, you'll have all the info you need to confidently operate it, and clean for your comfort. We're located 10 minutes from the beach, 45 minutes from the mountains, and within easy access to major freeways.

Please remember:
● We have a very strict NO SMOKING policy. DO NOT smoke in the RV.
● Pets are not allowed without written permission prior to picking up RV
● The expectation is that the RV will be returned in the same condition as it was when you picked it up. This includes emptying BOTH waste tanks, refilling the fuel tank and propane tank. It is also expected that the RV and all items on inventory list are cleaned after use and prior to returning for walk through with the exception of bed linens and towels.
● Damaged or lost items - In the case of any damage to fiberglass, cushions, cabinetry, electronics, etc., or any item not covered by the Outdoorsy Insurance Policies (https://www.outdoorsy.com/help/what-claims-are-not-covered) The renter is fully responsible and will be charged the actual cost of parts plus any hourly labor costs needed to repair the damaged item.
● Do not climb on the roof of the RV for any reason.
