We deliver, setup (level, hookup, setup sewer), walk thru all systems, answer any questions you may have. Any you forget text/call and we are happy to help!
Upon pickup we do a walk thru with renter, check to make sure everything is in working order and y'all are free to go! We breakdown, dump, hookup and leave.
Enjoy your trip, we do all the hard parts!!!

Queen front bed, full size sleeper sofa, 3 twin bunks, 1 full size pull out.
Tons OF Storage!
Kitchen stocked with cooking tools, pans, cutlery, plates, bowls and cups.
Coffee maker.
Dish soap, sponges, small towels.
Bathroom has necessities: Toilet paper, large towels & hand soap.
We have a first aid kit on board at no additional charge!
Extra items you can rent for additional fee:
*Generator for boondocking (if no hookups are available). This will keep battery charged for lights, allow for one A/C to run, refrigerator, microwave, front electric heater. Without generator you will need to hookup to car 7 way plug to run any of the above items.
$50 per day, will be full of gas, must return full upon pickup.
*Canopy package.
$40 includes:
10x10 canopy
4 foldable camping chairs
Other things to note
No pets.
No smoking.
If Roxie is swept out and wiped down, no cleaning fee will be charged upon pickup.

We had a wonderful stay in Roxie! Our family of 9 fit perfectly with the 2 adults sleeping in the front and 7 kids in the back bunk room (yes 7!, with one kid on a twin blow-up mattress that we brought).
Communication was exceptional - Amie always responded almost immediately to all of my questions. Delivery and set-up was on time and quick (they even went back home and brought us back an extra gray dump tank since we had so many people in our group) and pick-up was super quick and easy, and again right on time.
Everything was in working order and we had no issues with our stay (we did not have an issue with hot water like the previous reviewer did). We would definitely rent from Amie again.

RV was nice and clean, very spacious for 1-adult and three kids, set up by ownership was a nice addition (worth the extra $). TV didn't work (no remote) and no hot water so that was disappointing. Overall, very nice RV, had a good stay.
