Enjoy this 2022 Keystone Springdale Mini. The first thing I did when I bought it was toss the standard RV mattress and put in a TempurPedic Firm Memory Foam Queen Mattress. WOW, what a difference! Most travel trailers come with a mattress that isn't much of an upgrade from sleeping on the ground in a tent... we want you to be comfortable on your camping adventure.This travel trailer will fit up to six people (one queen, two extra wide bunks, dinette conversion). Standup shower, led lighting, bluetooth speaker, and motorized awning. Outdoor propane grill set up included. 30 amp hookup, sewer and water hookup. Small pets welcome inside with pet fee. Delivery and setup if requested at an additional charge. What's included- TempurPedic Firm Queen Memory Foam Mattress (significantly better than a standard RV mattress)
- Camp Chef 2-Burner Propane Stove, Camp Chef Griddle, cast iron pot, cast iron skillet
- 2 Camp Chairs, Spade Shovel, Ax, Outdoor Mat, 6 roasting sticks, a variety of board games, frisbee, SpikeBall Pro.
- 6 washable place settings (plate, bowl, cup, silverware)
- A variety of pots, pans and cooking utensils
- Cleaning supplies, broom, dishcloths, etc.
- One set of bedding provided for all beds including pillows
- Towels and washcloths are NOT included
- Mattresses are protected with waterproof Alergen covers.- Electric Tongue Jack (save your back from cranking)
- Extension cord/adapter for power hook-up (30A plug with 15A adapter)
- 200A Solar Panel built in for battery recharging

- Security deposit: $500.00 (refundable)
- Prep fee: $75.00. This fee will cover cleaning, preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental. The propane tank will be full and a clean set of sheets provided for each bed.

Eric delivered, setup and returned to fix a few mechanical issues as necessary during our time. Overall it was a comfortable trailer that suited our needs.

Erics RV was excellent for our trip and suited our family with 2x small kids. Pick up, drop off times were flexible and Eric gave a great walk through of the trailer on pick up. Inside the trailer is everything you need to hook up to water, power and sewer as well as other things that are helpful, generator, camp chairs, 2x cans propane, bedding, games, cups and plates, everything. RV is well set up with microwave, shower, stove and heater. Theres air con in there too. Its perfect for a getaway. Great communication from Eric too. Thanks

We had a great experience renting this RV from Eric. He was always very quick with responding to any communications/questions, he took extra time walking us through all the operations and quirks of the trailer, and worked with us on Flexible pick up and return times. He provided endless extras that other renters do not include or charge for such as a generator with unlimited usage, paper towels, soap, ziploc bags, foil, emergency gasoline, two filled propane tanks without need to be refilled before returned, collection of board and outdoor games, outdoor chairs including child size, tools, extra pillows and blankets, cleaning supplies, cooking utensils and pots/pans, sewing kit…Eric even purchased two new coffee maker/pot when we asked if the trailer had one and at the time it did not but they were ready for use when we picked it up.
