Our family of 6 would love to share our RV with you. The RV is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your trip, you only need to bring your clothes and food. Our RV is clean, well taken care of and ready for your adventure! It's easy to drive and has a backup camera with sound, making backing in so much easier.Our goal with your rental is that you feel welcomed, comfortable and enjoy your vacation with everything you need. There are 3 beds; 1 queen in the bedroom, the dinette that folds down and the couch that folds down. We also provide a 1 person cot (up to 350 lbs and actually comfy!) that fits in the living room when the slide is out.Included in the RV is everything from full kitchen supplies, yard games (Bocci, bean bags, ladderball), 4 camping chairs for adults, 4 camping chairs for kids, weber grill, 2 TV's with 50+ local channels, kids toys, kid’s road trip games, board games, 4 person tent, playing cards, dominoes, towels, linens, bathroom necessities, etc.We are pretty flexible and understand your trip may not fully fall into our mile limits available dates, etc. Reach out to us if you have a special request.What's includedYou will have everything you need to go camping and explore the great outdoors. You only need to bring your food and clothes, don't worry about all of the packing/unpacking. You will have all of your necessities to enjoy your trip!We left lots of cabinet space for your stuff! You have the full bedroom cabinets and drawers, both large pantry doors by the fridge, the drawer below the fridge and some of the compartments above the dinette.Sleeping Needs:

- Prep fee: $100.00. This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental. The RV is cleaned and sanitized, including all linens/towels/dishes etc all washed on a sanitize cycle.
