Standard delivery, setup, and pick-up fee
Unit is expected to cleaned by renter and returned or left in a clean, reusable condition as was found upon stay. This fee will be charged if the trailer is returned dirty or requires cleaning by the owner upon pick-up. No fee will be charged if it is returned or picked up in a clean reusable condition.
If destination has hook-ups, the renter is required to dump the tanks prior to departure. If not, this cost covers the cost of the owner to dump and flush the tanks. This also covers the cost to dump and flush the tanks if renter is dry-camping.
