The RV was a great size for what we needed it for, it was clean and ready for us at pickup. Unfortunately we had some hiccups and did not received the assistance we needed. When we messaged for support we eventually got a call since the messages they were sending to us were not going through. The person that called to help us had to look up the information on how to connect to Bluetooth and email it to me, it was not included in the instructions in the RV (minor issue), the lights for the outside of the RV did not work so we didn't have any lights to hang out outside at night. On day 2, the AC stopped cooling, I called and was told I would receive a call back, I never got that call. We turned it off for a while and turned it back on, it seemed as though the AC froze, not uncommon is Florida heat, but I do wish we had received a call. When emptying the Grey water, we decided to check the black water (we did not use the toilet at all) and a bunch of black water came out so we flushed it in order to not be charged ourselves, even though it obviously was given to us like this.

Not really a trip. I had company in town with no where to put them. So the camper stayed in my driveway. Perfect situation though! Nifty little camper! We just used it for sleeping.

Worst experience ever. I’ll never rent another camper through this platform or individual.
First off, I get fingered an extra week of rental and wasn’t able to get my money back when I didn’t have the camper in my possession. The camper could have been rented out to someone else.
Also, the gray tanks were never emptied from the last person to use it. We paid to have it filled with water and we didn’t get halfway through the tanks usage before the sinks and shower was backing up. This was not only super unpleasant but also a major inconvenience as we had to shower elsewhere and leave the site we were at.
This is only a couple of the issues I had.

Our trip was awesome and the camper was beautiful! Perfect condition and everything went smoothly. The owner was very nice, helpful and quick to respond. Would book with them again!

The whole process was easy. Camper was clean, well equipped, and exactly as presented on the website and emails. Minor issues with the camper discovered at our destination were quickly addresses with a few text messages. Everything was clearly documented and arranged so you have everything you need.

We had a great time. Dan explained everything in detail. The rv is exactly what he said it would be. Was perfect for our trip. Towes nice and easy to use. Dan was very responsive whenever we had questions. I would do it again. Thank you dan! Made our trip a success.
