Fist time RV trip and Brian made everything easy from pick up to drop off. Very quick to respond to my texts (and he was on vacation too). The rig drove and handled well. There was plenty of room for this family of 7 and all of our stuff and food for 10 days.

Brian’s answer

Thank you, Michelle, for taking such good care of the RV. We're really glad that your big family had such a good time.

This was our first time in an RV and Brian made this experience so easy and smooth. He answered many of our questions efficiently and was super friendly. The RV was clean and spacious and drove a lot easier than we anticipated. We would definitely think of Brian in our next adventure!!!

Brian’s answer

Thank you, Linda. You guys took really good care of the RV, and are welcome here anytime.

Such a great time! This RV is comfortable and easy to drive considering it’s size. 32 feet was a little daunting at first, but my husband thoroughly enjoyed it. There was just 4 of us and a pup for a week and it was a great size for us. There are beds for 10, however depending on the season and how much you’re packing - I would say to max out at 8 or even 6 to stay more comfortable.

Brian is an unstable person and I would advise everyone to stay clear of this person. On the day of my return, he asked when I would return the RV and that he was "very flexible". I said around 5 pm but then had to go to an emergency work meeting which through off my schedule. Since he had said he was flexible I figured there was no issue. However on my phone call with him after my meeting he threatened to call the police on me for stealing his RV. I thought it was a joke at first but he was dead serious. At no point did I say I would be there exactly at 5pm, and he never asked for it at any specific time on my return day. If he had wanted it back at a specific time then I would have figured out a way to get it done.

Brian’s answer

The warning that I would call the police was when Brett said that he would return the RV the next day. He returned the RV at the corner of the street, told me the keys were in there, and took off. Later, we realized that the RV was damaged, both inside and outside, and have submitted a claim. It's possible that his review is an attempt to deflect the attention away from his negligence and lack of responsibility. Perhaps he was trying to wait for nightfall, so that I wouldn't see the damage. It's also possible that, since I had never asked for it not to be damaged, he thought that it was okay to damage it.
