2018 Winnebago Minnie Winnie

7 guests
Sleeps 8
31 ft. long
Pet friendly

Has all the basics and in great shape! Sleeps up to 8 and has 7 seat belts. For your safety / legal protection, please do not allow more than 7 people to ride, as everyone needs a seat belt. A large “slide out” expands to provide a lot of extra space, revealing a bunk bed. There’s a TV with a blue ray DVD player to entertain while you travel and we include some board games. The bed above the cab is good for 2 adults. The dinette/benches fold into a bed and each bench has plenty of storage underneath, and the couch folds into a bed. The master suite has abundant storage with a closet. The 2 person bed is comfortable with night stands/drawers, and there’s a pocket door to the bathroom with a sink and shower which also allows for master suite privacy. This RV is meant for gentle, family use (NO Festivals). For your protection with insurance coverage, remember each driver must be verified & listed with Outdoorsy and be at least 25 years old. Our family cherishes our Minnie Winnie (Biggie Winnie, as we call her) and is excited to share her with you too! We know you’ll have a wonderful time! What's includedRead picture comments for more detail. We do sanitize surfaces after each use. As per covid19, we only supply linens, pillows and blankets upon request, but they are washed after each use. We do have water/bug proof mattress protectors for each actual mattress, and we provide sheets for the bunk beds, due to their unusual size. We do have some basics: dishes, cleaning supplies, etc. We'll also provide a directory of instructions & information. There is propane, a generator (A/C and heat) for your comfort. Read full listing to see about possible additional charges for those amenities. Please note that the awning is disabled. It is not covered under insurance and it's very expensive for you to repair or replace, so consider bringing a canopy. RecommendationsWe have a lot of renters fly in from other places to go to Yellowstone and Southern Utah, just to name a few, so we work well with non locals as well as with locals. A lot of people like to just go out "glamping" as well. Out of towners enjoy not having to buy a lot of extra, except for meal ingredients, as we offer cooking amenities (see pictures). Our pick up / drop off times are flexible and usually easy to negotiate!Other things to noteIMPORTANT: Please become familiar with this listing, the contract and all information given, as you will be responsible to ensure that this will be a good fit for you and to be aware of potential additional costs. We are very transparent, so you will be emailed the contract and other information for you to review before your rental.
We disclose that there is a GPS on board. We require you to select Outdoorsy's $59.95/day highest level of coverage insurance plan, which covers exterior in case of collision. We highly recommend that you purchase the flat rate $69.00 charge to give you an additional $1,500.00 of interior protection, and we reserve the right to require it (bringing a pet or larger groups, etc).
No hidden fees, so here's the lowdown-- Mileage: 100 miles at no charge per rental day, then .35 per mile thereafter. Generator: 3 hours at no charge per rental day and then $3.00 per hour thereafter. If you have hookups, the generator is not an issue. No towing unless approved (7,500 lbs capacity). Towing fee is a minimum of $200.00 (we’ll negotiate it based upon what you’re towing). Propane refill $50.00 / dumping fee = $50.00. You can save on propane/dumping by servicing them yourself. Cleaning fee = $129.00 (includes sanitation and vehicle exterior washing). If you want to save on the cleaning fee, it must all come back in at least the same condition you took it in, however, the exterior must be done professionally, as it’s easy to scratch with regular tools. We’ll give you ideas of places you can do all of this yourself, if needed. If bringing a dog (no other types of pets, please), it must be approved by us prior to rental. Any messes/damage by pet will be charged based on remediation costs or as per contract. If you purchase the interior insurance, that coverage will be used first. Lost key= $50 for each. Please, no smoking, vaping or cooking highly odorous foods (like fish).
Please allow 45-60 minutes for an orientation and walk-through at the time of pick up, and allow at least 30 minutes at drop off for another walk-through. For locals, please make prior arrangements if you don’t have a second person for transportation, as we usually meet at a public parking lot that may not be good for leaving a car during your trip. If you fly into the SLC Airport, it’s approximately a 15 minute Uber ride (in non rush hour traffic) to the pick up location.

Meet your host, Karen

Member since 2019

Hi to all! We live in the Salt Lake City area, so this is great for people wanting to see our vast resources of amazing nature, like our mountains, lakes and parks like Zion's, Bryce, etc. A lot of our clients also visit Yellowstone, Flaming Gorge and Southern and Eastern Utah. One of us speaks fluent Spanish (Karen), and we love to meet new people. You'll find us to be very friendly.

Karen is a very attentive, gracious host and her RV was the perfect vehicle for our family camping trip to south Utah. We would definitely use this RV again.

This was my first experience renting an RV and the owners are extremely nice people to deal with. The weekend away was very enjoyable and the RV was a breeze to drive and use. I would definitely rent from them again. However there were numerous maintenance and informational issues. The oven was dangerously non-functional and we had planned a meal using the oven. The pictures showed 4 coffee cups and several cooking pans that didn't exist. We managed just fine so no big deal but just a little frustrating. Just make sure you bring what you need.

We had a fantastic time and Karen was quick and professional in her responses and communication. She left clear details on the particulars of how to care for the vehicle and what to do to get a full deposit back.
