Our family rented to RV's from Austin rentals. One trailer was fine and the other left a lot to be desired. I must admit, we are very picky, but this trailer wasn't very clean at all. I was told the trailer was totally stocked and only needed to bring food and bedding, but there weren't any utensils for cooking, such as a spatula, tongs, large spoons, etc., and the oven didn't work. We were also told not to use the toilet unless it was absolutely necessary. We paid for a towel package, and all we got was a very dirty dish towel, two old bath towels and two old hand towels. No wash cloths at all. Other than that it was fine. Greg and his family were very nice and the other trailer was clean and stocked very well.

We had a wonderful week in one of Austin Rentals RVs. The RV was so clean, they delivered it to us, and they were so easy to work with. The RV was spacious and stocked with everything we needed. We’d absolutely recommend Austin Rentals and hope to rent from them again soon!

We had a great experience working with Austin Rentals. The trailer did have a few mechanical problems, but the Austin's were willing to drive up to St. Anthony where we were staying and to fix the trailer's issues onsite (we didn't have them do that). They were very accommodating when we ended up coming back a day early as well. Due to the minor issues, they gave us a small rebate, which was very kind of them. We would definitely recommend working with them in the future and the next time we rent a trailer while in Idaho, we will work with them.
