Pros
- Pleasant interactions with the owner
- Ron gave us a fairly detailed walkthrough of how the RV should function
- We had no breakdowns or blown tires during our drive
- The RV was stocked with a variety of supplies and had a bike rack
Cons
- Water heater did not heat the water the second time we used it. (took about 15 minutes the first time, we tested it for over an hour and a half the second time)
- Generator was unreliable (only functioned on two of the five nights we attempted to use it) so we were forced to rely on battery power and RV camps with electrical hookups
- The table in the center of the RV collapsed on our three-year-old daughter's leg while we were driving on the highway(no significant bumps, just normal highway vibration). We had to leave the table in the "down" position for the entire trip. On returning we found out the owner was aware the table was unstable
- The brace holding up the freshwater intake line had broken preventing us from refilling the tank unless one of use sat inside a storage compartment physically holding up the line while another handled the refill
- All of the cabinets needed to be tied down with bungee cords to keep them from flying open while we were driving (I'm guessing this was due to old age, but it might just be a design flaw of the RV
